Kat: " i know it is all different but you will get to know the place. so where do you come from?"

Yasa: he walks back in his hands empty. "hello." he has a faint Russian ascent. he holds out his hand for her to shake. "i am Yassen Gregovich, but please call me Yasa." his Blue (sorry about the mess up forgot to change the color of his eyes) show no emotion.

Kat: "now Yasa. what have i told you about smiling? Why do you smile for me when we are alone but not for other people?" she places a hand on his shoulder

Yasa: he smiles and turns to look at her. " what you mean like this? it is just men dont need to smile in front of people, they need to look tough just in case.."he trails off.

(oops forgot to ping)

Lark shook his hand. "I'm Lark," she told him. She turned to Kat, "Nightblossom Forest. You've probably never heard of it. It's really far away." She walked to the window and looked out over town. It looked rather nice. THe houses were nicely painted and people wandered the streets, chatting. "What was that thing in the forest?" she asked Kat and Yasa.

Orion walked through the forest. His only companion was the dragon-snake that glided by his side. Orion pulled his red scarf tighter around his neck as a chill wind sped through the forest. He had worn it everyday for as long as he could remember. A glittery object in the bushes caught his eye. He knelt down and pulled it from the bushes. It was a scrap of metal, nothing special. He put it in his pocket to throw away later. He chewed on the strings at the end of his scarf. He hadn't found anything good today so he turned around and headed back to Clove.

Kat: "that was a night Drake. Rare to these parts, i have no idea why it is here now though. All that i do know is that they are trouble. me and Yasa were going to hunt it down tonight. Would you like to join?"

(man! i forgot again!)

"Count me in! I could use a little excitement," said Lark. "Plus, I need some revenge!" she said with a wry grin. "Two questions. First, is anyone else coming? Second, is there anywhere to get food around here? I'm starved!" Lark rarely got enthusiastic about anything, but adventure and fighting always sparked her interest.

Kat: "how rude of me! yes we have an excellent bakery that has wonderful bread and a butcher that give free samples! as for any one else no just us three unless you have someone in mind."

"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go eat!" Lark exclaimed. Silver, her osprey took of and circled the room. Lark's mood was contagious to Silver. Silver glided around the room and out the open window.


Orion walked through the forest toward town. Nimbus,his dragon-snake was slithering through the air next to Orion's shoulder. Suddenly, Orion tripped, but managed to catch himself on a tree. He looked to see what he had tripped on. It was a huge track. Suddenly a monster head popped out of the bush. It hissed at him and charged. Orion panicked and ran. When he reached the edge of town, the monster was right on his tail. He couldn't lead the monster into town. He drew his two swords and swirled to face the monster. It hissed so loudly that he was sure the whole town could hear it. It leapt at him but he rolled to the side and slashed at it, leaving barely a scratch on the monster's scales.

Kat: "did you hear that?"

Yasa: he is out the door before she finishes. he head toward the boy at the edge of town. he pulls out his sword as he runs, the blade glows blue in the light. he charges the beast , sinking his sword deep in to its dark scales. Yasa steps back. he sees the beast swing its arm toward the newcomer and make a lifesaving decision, he throws himself in the beast's path. the air is knocked out of him and he is thrown into the air. he hits the ground hard and everything goes black......
