Backstory:
When Jace was a young kid, he witnessed something that changed his whole life. It kept him from keeping a clear head and when he thinks about it, things usually turns out worse for the people who are around him. This caused his birth parents to give him up for adoption. They couldn't handle the stress that came with an ill mentally son. He had tried everything to get the images out of his head but it was just too horrible. He can't clearly remember what happened that day but all of the blood, screams, and begging were stuck in his head. He usually mixes herbs and fixes up potions to pass the time because every second he knows he is dying and he doesn't even care.
General personality:
Rude, hates talking to people and often makes snarky remarks. Cautious, never trusts anyone and often pays close attention to his surroundings. Cold, doesn't like people, especially new people. Loner, he kind of sets off and does things on his own. he never follows anyones lead and often makes up his own plans.
Likes:
Warm Beds, Snakes, Quiet Places/Empty, Being Alone, and the Moon.

Weapons and wants to learn magic. She has always had dreams of using magic and even though she is human, she believes she can master it.
Due to her illness, she is not able to use many weapons because of how heavy they are. She tried mastering the bow but she could never get the string back far enough. She took up sword fighting but she wasn't quick enough with such a long weapon. She went through so many weapons, when she finally found one she could use. She has three different sets of daggers on her person at all times. They're all different lengths and she uses them all for different situations. She would like to learn sword magic where she can change the shape, length and heaviness of any of her weapons.
Backstory:
Sarah grew up homeless ever since she can remember. When she was five she became ill. She was to young to know about medical clinics or medicine and spent three years coughing up blood. It seemed to pass and she never figured out what she had. It left her physically weak throughout the years and moving around to much leaves her dizzy. She soon stumbled upon a stray dog and kept it as her own. It was a small mutt that she named freckles. She tried her best to take care of it but she knew that her survival was more important than the dog. She kept feeding it but she couldn't get enough food for the both of them and the dog became weak, just like her. She tried her best to make the dog better, even gave it some of her portions of food but the dog never got better and soon passed away. It took her three days to bury the corpse. She sat in an alley for a whole day and cried her eyes out. It took her two days to dig a grave and get the dog to it. She hated how weak she is and ever since that day, she has been desperately searching for someone who could heal her, to take all of her pain away. She doesn't get around much due to her long lasting illness but she still tries her best. She searches the local area for magic users, someone she knows can heal her finally! (P.S She wears the dogs collar...)
General personality:
She is usually quiet and only shares what she is thinking with someone she can trust. Talking has always been a problem for her, seeing as she wasn't raised with a social life and at first she may come off as shy but when you get to know her, she never shuts up. Although growing up without school didn't effect her mental power. She doesn't really understand many big words and math and reading is out of the question but she is a genious when it comes to strategies. She is always planning something and will think things through completely ahead of time. Despite all that, she was raised on the streets and is completely cautious. She always keeps a weapon on her and constantly checks over her shoulder. She has problems trusting people and it may take awhile for her to get used to a person.
Likes:
She loves animals ever since she found freckles and she wishes she could talk to them and know what they're saying. She loves the sound of music and is often humming to a song she hears in her head. She doesn't know where she heard it but ever since she was a little kid she hummed this song. The Sun, during nights it get cold and she usually has to use trash to make a makeshift blanket. She always liked nature and the fresh smell of flowers..
Dislikes:
Lightning and thunder because the flashing light always makes her close her eyes and the loud noise causes her to jump. Stuck-up people, she can't to see someone think they're better than her just because she is homeless. Dead animals, she is a vegetarian and hates seeing dead animals...

Fighting style:
As a half, he has access to magic naturally, and due to his strong Zanian blood, magic is an easy thing for him. While he can use many types of magic, he usually uses light and dark/shadow magic, alongside healing and ice magic.
He's still learning to properly use other types of magic such as earth/grass, air, blood and lightning/electricity. He has already mastered the basics of some, such as fire and water, but is more mastered in Light, Dark, Ice and Healing magics. He also uses daggers and a sword, and can use a bow and throwing knives. He also carries around a flute, since he likes playing.
For him, he likes to hide in the shadows, before dealing a fatal blow like an assassin, however, if in a direct fight and he cannot easily hide from his opponent to do so, he will do his best to keep evading his opponent's attacks, striking when an opening reveals itself. He is more of a speedy character than one who is strong. Thus he is easily felled by attacks, and so has to rely on his speed to get out unscathed.
Backstory:
Born of a Zanian father and human mother, Katsumi has had a rough life, for in his village he was considered a '******'s child' even though his parents were wed due to his mixed blood. He had been bullied by the humans and Zanians that lived there, and hated them since.
He often played music at the forest near his home, and with his affinity with animals - he could sort of understand them, in a sense - made friends with a wolf pack, a cats pride, a horse herd and a raven flock. It was these two groups that looked after him when his parents died.
When he grew up, he started leaving the village, coming back after a few days or even weeks. It was then that a few of each animal groups' members followed him, as he left after deciding that he wanted to see the world. He's been back a few times since then.
General personality:
He's usually quiet, and is often viewed as aloof. However, he does have a sharp mind and keen senses, and is usually alert. He can be distrusting, but is loyal and protective. He will do anything to help/save his friends. If he wants to, he can be charismatic.

Other: Three wolves, one raven, one horse, one tiger and one cheetah... They prefer to accompany him only when he is out of human or zanian cities and villages, save the raven who follows him everywhere. The animals enjoy listening to his music, and talking to him.

Er... I actually have no idea if my character will be accepted.. anyway.. just a question, how do the Zanians and Humans treat the halves? Most games/stories I've come across where they have a multitude of races and have halves usually end up discriminating against them. I just want to know if all Zanians and Humans hate halves or only few of them do.

Description: She has long black hair pulled back into a high ponytail, her right eye is red and her left eye is gold. Her wings are black and red. She has a scar starting above her left eye and going to just above the right side of her mouth.

Fighting style: She, unlike many Zanian's, uses a mixture of magic and her scythe weapon. (They don't have a black scythe so I chose the sword that was the closest match.) She has very good speed and flexibility as well as several tricks up her 'sleeves'. She specializes in Fire and Dark magic but has basics of all so that she could survive.

Backstory: She left her house when she was 12 and has traveled ever since then. A few months ago she had an encounter that changed her from Neutral to Good. She hasn't told anyone the story of her scar. It is very hard for people to get her to tell them of her past.

General personality: She has a sharp tongue and is very blunt. However she is a convincing actor and uses that to her advantage. She dearly loves her friends.

Likes: Playing instruments, dusk, midnight, forests, fighting, fire.

Dislikes: Silence, some humans, her 'Master'.
