Colour layering?: M2 Thornweaver's Wrap

Roses on the tail section of the wrap have A2 colour layer over them, while the body roses do not

It just seems odd that the horns of the flower crown don't show the G2s when all the other horns do

Elemental sigil is being wonky with the Victorian tail.
