He nodded. "I guess you are right..." Plus...It might be hard to defend myself.... Nao looked questioningly down at his paw. It wasn't broken, but it still hurt.

"Yeah...My paw. It'll be alright though." Nao sighed and slightly limped around the entire circle of the cavern. "Hey, there's an opening over here!" He began to make his way through before stopping mid-way. "I...I see a little light a ways away. It might be a way out of here..."

Nao chuckled. "This place has been vacant for years...I doubt there is anything in it..." He made his way though the opening before coming up to the light, which was surprisingly closer than he had originally expected. "A torch...?" He cocked his head to the side like a puppy. "Who could've lit this torch...?" Under the torch was a simple stone podium, and on top of that was some sort of crystal. It was grey in color, and shone almost as bright as Nao's eyes. There was an inscription below it.

He got closer down to the inscription, for it was hard to read in the dim light. "Here lies Tocardo's heart stone. Beware, a great power falls within this crystal..." The other side of the inscription had been rubbed off. He looked up. "Tocardo? Ha, right..." He reached up and touched the stone: His paw immediately healed. "Wha?-" He cut himself off and took a step back.

Neon looked at him as he read the discribtion. "...Nao...we should leave the crystal alone..." Neon spoke with no emotion in her voice, she was scared though...she felt like they where no longer alone when Nao touched it...as though they where being watched...like the crystal...could summon something...Neon shook her head, no, no that's stupid...
