Nao's three tails flicked swayed back and fourth. He looked at her for a moment before getting off and jokingly wiping away a tear that was obviously not there. "Oh...You're calling me overweight...?"

Neon laughed as she ran round, she turned her head to see how far back Tao was. "I wonder who is faster, the guy with the strength but fat, or the lady with the agility and slim body!" she joked as she laughed.

Nao laughed before almost catching up with her. "Well duh, the guy that-" He was cut off with a yelp before he tumbled down a cavern that he obviously didn't see as he was chasing her. The cavern was surprisingly deep; deep enough that he couldn't get out. "Neon...Are you alright...?" He called up to her, trying to hide his paw as he limped. He looked around, but all he could see was darkness about him everywhere but under the hole he had fallen through.

Neon stopped dead when she saw a hole open up and swallow Tao. "TAO!" She ran to the hole and looked down. It was to dark to see him. "TAO! TAO!" She circled the hole, panic rose up in her. Is he dead? Did he snap his neck and slowly and painfully dieing? She couldn't see him anywhere. Where did this hole come from? She couldn't remember there being unstable ground here unless...Oh god, what if a preditor moved in and dug a hole as a den? Or what if there could be something worse then a preditor?! "Tao! are you okay? J-Just stay there...I'll get a vine or something!!"

Neon looked at the jagged rocks and saw she could jump to each of the ones that stuck out the most. "Not a god Nao, a guadian of the forest." Neon jumped to the first one and started carfully down. "I-I think it might be a preditor's den...so we might need to get out of here quickly" she said with a bit of a frightened tone in her voice.
