"Stop you annoying thing." Riley mutters to Zaire, tacking longer to respond as he lost more blood from the new wounds. A tear rolls down his face, and then another until he was silently crying because of a confusing mix of emotions.

Shade saw Riley silently crying and he felt his heart...break for him. Darn it,he'd really gotten attached. He dodged over to Riley and wrapped his arms and wings around him,black tendrils twisting around to heal the wounds. "I'll fix them." He muttered in Riley's ear gently.
