"Of course I have seen flowers. Just...Not in a long time." Nao looked up to the sound of water. "Is the lake near?"

Neon nodded as she pushed through some undergrowth, "It's right through here!" she called as she poked her head out again.

He followed her through the bush before seeing a beautiful still lake. "Ah, it is pretty..." He admitted, looking around.

Neon looked at Tao and smiled. She never heared him call many things preety...this lightened her mood a slightly pushed away the worry of swimming. "It's more beautiful in autumm...the lily flowers stay and the petals from flowers of the trees would sprinkle onto it like snow....but less cold" she laughed slightly.

He nodded, looking at his refection in the still water before trying to imagine the petals spread across the water. "That sounds awesome." He turned back to her. "Are we going swimming?"

Neon froze for a moment thinking and then hesiently nodded and smiled, she tried to forget her worries by running back to the undergrowth for a run up for a jump. "You gonna step or jump in?"

"I might as well jump, huh?" Nao dipped his paw into the water for a moment to find it surprisingly warm. "Here we go!~" He gave her one last smiled before jumping head on into the lake.

Neon quickly started to panic. He hasn't come up he hasn't come up! She ran to the edge of the lake and did not see him from panic, where is he? Tao? Tao?! Oh god! H-he's drowning and I can't see him! Neon breathed heavily as tears pricked in the corners of her eyes. It's my fault and he is drowning...I hate myself for even suggesting this! She thought.

Nao smiled underwater; he had forgotten how good it felt down in the water. Finally, he broke the surface of the water and took in a large gulp of air. "Uh, Neon...?" He asked, a sly smirk appearing on his face. "I'm still in the shallows..." His paws could still reach the sandy bottom of the bank. "C'mon in, and stop worrying, ok?"

Neon saw him and smiled and laughed. "I suppose I am getting worried because we have come such good friends and I don't want you to panic in the water if you remember...the accident..." Neon shrugged and then dived in head first and did a curve back up to the surface.
