´Fine by me boss, lead the way and I will follow.´ Fern said in a fake servent tone.

He then became serious. ´So Feiht huh. What a pretty name. Hey did you know Feiht is thief spelled backwardS? Like what parent would call their kid that. NO wonder he is messed up. Unless he named himself, which is sad really. ´

Fern was not afraid of this Feiht. (He has never met him after all, so he is not thinking to much about him now. That will change later.)

"I might believe a parent named him that, there are some Sylesties that should never have kids. But he said he uses "Feiht" so no one knows his real name." Pacco answered.

He'd lost his usual perkiness after Kaz mentioned Feiht. "I'll set you guys up for tonight, kay? C'mon." He lead the way through the trees.

Fern noticed Pacco acting different.

'Wow this guys sure has an effect on sylesties doesn't he. Now I almost want to see what all the fuss is about. No matter though, if he is responsible for that vorkid he better start running. Nobody hurts Pine and gets away with it.'



(Fern does not think he can beat Feiht on his own, he believes that Feiht is strong, he knows his dad is strong too though. Not to mention they have a whole village in the backup.)

Kaz couldn't help but grin at Fern's tough talk but at the same time it worried him.

"You should keep that to yourself when we find him. We haven't exactly got back up, you know?"

Fern looked at Kaz, a playfull but nice grin on his face.

'I got you don't I?'

Pacco let out a laugh. "Ha! In that case you're doomed."

Kaz acted insulted. "Ouch, man."
"In any case we're not here to fight him, just to find out where that blind spot in the lookout is."

Fern looked a Kaz with a duh how stupid do you think I am look.

'I know that Kaz, but when we ask and he would admit to having done it, we can not just let him walk off either.'

"He's not going to admit it." Kaz got that hateful look in his eyes again.

"Well... Not exactly, he has a way of saying one thing while meaning another. That way no one can accuse him of lying."

"It's also why he's not a widely known criminal." Pacco added.

' Decieving without lying.. that is more dangerous then a lyer.. great. Then what good will it do to talk to him if he isn't going to give straight answers anyway?'

"I've had to deal with Feiht for a while. I've played his game and know the rules so I think I can get it out of him."

They soon arrived at Pacco's house where they saw two skinny trees that intertwined towards the top, forming an arch. This marked the entrance to a large, hollow log that Pacco had fixed up to live in.

"Welcome to my castle!" Pacco announced and gestured for the two to enter.

"Na, I think I'll go for a walk. I'd rather be outside a little longer." Kaz dropped his pack at the door and turned to leave.
