CoD is set! I think- if I did it right! It's on a mushroom!

It looks like you put it on the trade broker instead of sending a CoD.

When you send a CoD, you use the little mail icon above the "use item" button, and then it should let you enter who you want to send it to.

I'm fine with buying it off the broker, though, if it's easier for you. It will however take a cut out of your money, so a CoD is better!
