Cole
Cole stared at the harpy, but walked out nonetheless. He opened the door and walked out, shifting into his coyote form and bounded away. He watched his surroundings, and turned back to the Jitters entrance, watching if anyone followed him.

Sasha
Sasha finished off her coffee and left the cafe, trying to follow the shifter without being seen.

Ethan
Ethan sniffed the air, grinning. She was definitely here. He walked nonchalantly into the town, heading towards the bakery.

Alyra stays quiet for a while, the gravity of the loss of her family hitting her. They want to stay in the human world, but I can't go back there... She continues her drawings and passes the notebook over to Layla and Oliver for them to look at. "Shall we go to the market now? Or is it too late to go? I think it's about 4pm, so we don't have a lot of time. And we have our first classes tomorrow.

Cole
Still a coyote, Cole padded around Pinevale, following the scent he had caught. It was familiar, but he couldn't quite tell what--or who--- it was. He felt like someone was following him, but he ignored it, but he was probably wrong. No one would be following him, no one knows who he is. No one. He told himself silently that he would be fine.

Layla

"It depends on how long this will all take. The furniture itself shouldn't take long to find but redecorating the whole place and painting the walls and such would take several days at least. With the added time of school and homework, there won't be too much time to do it. But buying all the materials tonight shouldn't be too hard. Unless the market closes in like, 30 minutes. We should go back to the dorms by 7:00 though. Just to get settled in and do what we can to decorate." She quickly did some calculations on how long these intensive decorating projects would take. "But at least we've cleaned the base rooms, so that's one less thing to worry about."

Oliver

"You're worrying about what's going to happen again. Let's just leave that bridge for when we cross it, tonight we get supplies. Plus, you're a night owl anyway. You'd probably lay awake in bed thinking about all the things you could be getting done, and then surrendering and doing them." He looked over the plans Alyra made, and decided that they would be easy enough to get done.

Alyra thinks for a second and then announces her plan. "Since the paint fumes probably aren't good to breathe in, especially while we are asleep, we should buy the stuff now, and in the morning we can paint as much as possible before going to class. And then after all of our classes are done, we will be able to finish up what we didn't paint and maybe replace the flooring. And then I'll buy you guys dinner at that cute restaurant, Elven Eats. Tonight, we can eat at the market"

Layla

"That's true, and we could open the windows during the school day to air everything out." She put her hand on her chin, considering the possibility. "Everything should be alright if we do that." She smiled, as if a large weight had been lifted as her anxiety melted away.

Oliver

Oliver smiled, "I was just about to propose that idea. Of course, that would mean Layla would have to go to sleep earlier, and wake up earlier. She may despise it at first but she'll get used to it." He flinched away, laughing, as Layla slapped his arm.

Alyra laughs as well, remembering the games she used to play with her siblings and smiling at the sweet bond that Layla and Oliver share. "Well, no time to waste, we won't have time if we don't go now," Alrya gathers he things and puts them back in the small satchel she had brought with her.

Layla

Layla grabbed her stuff and checked off all the things she'd need to buy at the market in her head. "So, what else is in the market?" Layla put her hair in a quick ponytail to make sure nothing tangles it too much. "I suppose it has to be big enough to sell both furniture, paint, and food, right?"

Oliver

Oliver quickly got out of his chair. "I'll help you. I know at least that Layla has no upper arm strength, and I'll have to help her irregardless. Not saying you don't, Alyra, but I'll be there to help if you need it anyway."

"I suppose it has everything." "It's not like a normal market in the human realm, there are all kinds of magical creatures there, including witches! Make sure you don't take food from suspicious characters and don't cross anyone, you never know what people could be thinking..." Alyra explains, "As for the issue of carrying things, I believe we can hire someone for that. And I can call a moving truck or something since there will be so much stuff to carry," She laughs, though it's not exactly a joke. Just then, she gets a notification on her phone. It's a mass invite to a Halloween party at the home of someone named "Roxanne". "Have you guys seen this?" She asks, turning the phone toward Layla and Oliver.
