Shade laughed at Peace. "The last time I had a decent Cheese Burger was in...mfjsjwhdidj" Dmitri glued his hand to her mouth before she finished her sentence.Once he had removed his hand he whispered to her so no one else could hear. "Not yet. They still have a long way to go." Shade glared at him then turned to the others and quickly said. "IN6YEARS!THATWASTHEBESTCHEESEBURGWRIVEEVERHAD!" Harry rolled his eyes. "Where's the others? I notice we're not all here." A silence came over them as people thought of a reply. "Well...er...I guess we should head to our rooms and hope they turn up safe in the morning." The others nodded, although they didn't really agree. Dmitri lead Shade and Harry to their room as they were all sharing. "I really need to go home and get some stuff." She said standing and gazing out of the window. "We can't go now. We're in a team now, we cant just say, "Oh sorry, we'll be back in a few days, don't mind us. You carry on killing the far gang without us." Harry looked confused. "Why do you have to go?" Shade sat down on the bed and rubbed her eyes. "To save my sanity. I don't know if my family is dead or what. Last thing I heard of my village, is that they were ferociously fighting the Dark Gang. That was a week ago now." Dmitri bit his lip. "Also, i recommend that you have a good look around for...you know...in case she's trying to avenge daddies death." Harry made an 'o' shape with his mouth. "I take it we'll not be going?" Shade shook her head solemnly.

Shane and Peace head to there room and sleep on the floor while Ladia gets the bed, after a few minutes they notice the others come back from there trip. Peace "where were you guys?". Shane "Peace leave them alone get back to sleep". Peace (sarcastically) "fine mom". Everyone goes to there rooms and to sleep, but Peace and Shane love this adventure already the only thing on there mind whats going to happen next?

As Harry and Dmitri finally drifted off to sleep, Shade eased open with window and climbed out, taking all of her belongings with her. She headed back to her home village, a few days walk south of where she was. "Yeah, few days walk, a few minutes fly...hours." She muttered. She shifted swiftly, and sped off into the night.

The next morning...

Dmitri and Harry came down for breakfast, completely ignoring the fact that Shade wasn't here. After a few minutes of eating, someone piped up. "Where's Shade?" Dmitri and Harry looked at each other. "Er...gone?" Horrified looks spread through them. "Look, she'll be back in a couple of days. She's gone home to collect a few things." Harry said calmly. "And see if her family is dead or not." Dmitri muttered. Unfortunately, he muttered that a bit too loudly so that everyone heard. "Oops."

Peace "what do you mean to check if her families dead?!". Shane "what happened fire, dark gang, earthquake, dark gang, tsunami, dark gang!". As Peace and Shane continue yelling Ladia whispers to Dmitri and Harry. Ladia "they will take this very personally due to there family (waits a few seconds thinking how to put it) problem". Ladia "so whats actually going on with Shades family?".

Dmitri laughed nervously and scratched his head. "Er...Well, it's not really my place to say...um...well basically..." He paused and took a deep breath. "The dark gang started in Shade's home town...so yeah. Shade's parents were really the only people who wouldn't join, so they started a rebellion. That's why before, you never heard any trouble with the dark gang from her village. It's because that's where they started." Harry wouldn't make any eye contact with anyone. Dmitri eyed him suspiciously before continuing. "I'm sorry that we didn't tell you before it's just...they sent Shade away, to my clan for fostering, because they didn't want to see her harmed...also, they thought that they could beat the gang. As you might've guessed, they thought wrong."

Caldwell already knew where the Dark Gang started but he didn't realise that's where Shade was originally from. He felt kind of bad for her. It's tough being pretty much the only one in your town who doesn't agree with something. He hoped that her family was still alive, not just for her, but for all of their sakes. Caldwell couldn't imagine that a depressed Shade would go down very well within the group.
"Is she going to be back any time soon?" he asked Dmitri. If she's not going to be back soon, we may as well start looking there.

Sakura stumbled out of her room, not even remembering getting back. She was so tired! Rubbing her eyes, she half walked, half fell down the stairs after quickly brushing her hair. It seemed that most of the group was already there. She sat down and shovelled food onto her plate, not paying much attention to the conversation going on. "How is everyone this morning?" she said, almost over the top of Caldwell. She grinned at them all. (Sakura doesn't cope very well when she's tired) XD

Peace twitched his eyebrow at Sakura's comment. Peace "WHATS GOING ON WHY NOT ASK WHY THE WORLD HDEBEFGVBFRHBFDHS". Ladia quickly covered up both Shane and Peace's mouths knowing that both were angry enough to kill at least 5 dark gang members with a feather (don't ask). Ladia "let me fill you in". Ladia then whispers in Sakura's ear what everyone just learned why the brothers were struggling in her iron grip. Ladia then finally let go of Shane and Peace when she did this Peace punched a wall and his fist went threw. Shane (trying to cover up his fury) "i'll fix that". Shane makes a piece of wood grow in its place Shane and Peace then step outside and a few seconds after they hear a screaming cat flying birds and a falling tree, Ladia just calmly sits down and eats breakfast. Ladia "let them blow off some steam, the fact of another person to lose there family p***** them off".

Amaya and Yukio
Yukio leaned back into his chair, hands linked together. Turning to Amaya, the young snow-haired boy whispered to her. "Heh, looks like we know where to go then, but I wonder, is that really where the base is?"
Amaya nodded, knowing what the kid was getting at. So what if the group originated from there? They could have very well shifted their base of operations to yet another place. "I guess things are never as easy as it seems." She mused.

Akari and Arashi
"Huh, you sure we can trust those three." Akari softly asked her friend. Arashi nodded back in response, with no hesitation. "Yes, I'm sure. We were attack by the gang members countless times before, but they've.... at least not Shade nor Dimitri... never harmed us..."
Akari seemed satisfied with that answer. As long as Arashi trusted them, she would too. After all, trust was something that held a group together, as experienced before when she made an expedition with a unit form the army. Those guys don't even question their orders... Even if they knew their leader was keeping something from them...
"Heh. So I guess we're waiting for Shade then? Need I remind you we still have one of the members in the dungeon? Since it seems like the two of you have connections to them, what do you suppose we do?"

Peace charges back in the building nearly braking the door with Shane right behind, he heads downstairs. Ladia "wait stay away from the prisoner". She jumps and runs after the boys as her chair topples over. In the dungeon Peace brakes the ice on the gang members mouth Peace then lifts the gang member off the ground and pins him on the wall why Shane puts a knife to his throat (the boys are still in there fit of rage they will calm down though). Peace "now listen up I was hoping someone else will do this but I want information NOW! So whoever you are tell us everything you now before my friend here (nods to Shane) uses vines to dangle you by your feet why I whack you with a sharp stick waiting for you to spill your candy or info (still kids not best at interrogation but at the moment you would do what they say)". Ladia wanders into the room and uses her elemental (blood) to sense the emotions in the room. Ladia (thoughts) "Peace and Shanes anger is off the charts it is almost as bad as (she stops and starts sensing the gang member), hmm... hes freaking out and scared (shrugs) I expected that". The gang member looks at Peace to Shane to Peace again trying to decide if he can take em but remembering his current state, hasn't eat or drank anything since who knows when has cuffs on arms and legs plus is still mummy wrapped by Shane. Gang Member "fine i'll tell you a thing or two".

*sticks hand up* OHHH MEMEMEMEMEME! This is gonna be fun. (Oh and damn, Shane and Peace are scary!)

Caldwell watched as the brothers left the room, closely followed by the new girl Ladia. "Well I guess Dmitri and Harry don't need to worry about that. I should probably follow the kids though," he announced. Shoving his hands in his pockets, he walked down the stairs after the trio. He descended into darkness. The dungeons were in a poor state and rust covered the bars. Lucky for us this guy isn't a shifter.
"... you a thing or two," the gang member says. Caldwell is slightly shocked to see Shane with a knife to his throat, something unexpected from the young boy.
"You think your group is so tough, but you're wrong. Soon enough they'll find you and hunt you down. Rebellions are starting in Fola and Doiteain already. And we're growing stronger everyday. Soon we'll overpower all the shifters ever born." His breathing was heavy and sweat rolled down his face.
"That's really not information," Caldwell said, standing in the shadows. The member smiled. "That guy," he replied, nodding his head towards Caldy. "He's the one who is going to get you all killed." Caldwell rolled his eyes. "You should do your research bubs. None of you have any idea. You think we're just running rampant and killing randomly? You're wrong. And worst of all, none of you know a thing about one another. You're all liars. The Dark Gang will rise, the life shifters will kill you and you can't do a thing to stop us." With that, he fainted. Caldwell froze. "Life shifting? This is very very bad." He stared at the unconscious member. "C'mon guys, we have to talk to the group."

Sakura listened to the new girl, who's name she didn't know. She frowned at the news. "Poor Shadeeeeeeeeeeeeee," she said, drawing out the word and taking a large bite out of a piece of bread. Shane and Peace seemed to be angry with her. Uh oh, she thought. This isn't good teamwork. Sakura yawned, and watched numbly as Shane and Peace stormed out of the room. "Woopsies."
Eventually Sakura woke up fully, and almost died of embarrassment from her previous behaviour. "I'm really really sorry everyone. I don't cope well in the morning."
"Clearly," said Caldwell, running up the stairs.
"Shut your head Blue Boy," Sakura quipped back, definitely back to her normal self. "Why you so excited anyway?"
"I've got something big to tell you guys."
