Kaz took Black's words to heart.

Glitch was very happy here, one day and she had already made a friend. He had to make sure not to mess this up for her, that girl meant everything to him.

"You're right about this guy not being my friend but I owe him my life, Glitch owes him nothing."

He turned to Black, a pleading look in his eyes. "Black can you promise me something?"

Black nodded.

'That depends on the promise. But usualy I can.' He said smiling.

In the distance Black could see his home.

"I just need to know that Glitch will always have a home here." he said. "Can you promise me that?"

'Of course.' Black said seriously.

And he walked closer to his home, right before he enterd though he turned to Kaz once again.

'And you will be there to enjoy it with her.' He smiled and entered his home.

'Honey I'm home!' He called out.

Celesta came to the door and nuzzled her husband. "How'd it go? Fern seemed upset when he came in."

Glitch rushed over to her brother and showed him the posters that she and Pine had made. "They're not finished yet but do they look good so far?" she asked.

"Yeah, they look great." he said, smiling. "C'mon, kid, let's get going. You and Pine will have plenty of time to finish these later."

Kaz nodded a goodbye to Black and his family and Glitch waved to Pine.

Pine waved back. 'See you soon Glitch!'

When the siblings left Pine went to look for Fern. A bit worried about his big brother.

Black stayed with Celesta.

'About Fern, he is upset because he will have a camping trip with Kaz tomorrow for about a week.'

Then Black told Celesta everything that was said and done in the meeting. About Kaz his idea, and why Black decided to send Fern along.

'And so Glitch will be staying here with us while he is out with Fern. That is ok right?'

"That's fine, dear. I'm quite fond of Glitch and so is Pine."

Celesta grinned as if forming a plan in her head. "And they look so cute together, don't they?"

When Kaz and Glitch got home he told her about how Fern and he would be away for a week.

Glitch was eager to have an extended sleepover at Pine's house so she wasn't too worried about her brother leaving.

As Kaz organized his supplies for the week she went to her room to figure out what to take as well. Other than the paper and paint for finishing the posters she wasn't sure of what to bring, she'd never had a sleepover before.

In the end all she decided upon was her red, fuzzy blanket and stuffed toy which she loved because it confused everyone. No one could tell what it was.
It had four oddly shaped limbs, button eyes, two things that could've been ears and a large, creepy grin. It also had a pink bow attached to one of it's "ears" so figuring it was a girl, she named it Mari.

Glitch finished quite soon and went to sleep, saying a quick goodnight to Kaz who finished not long after. He'd filled a pack with a few potions and elixirs plus some gold that, if he was lucky, he could use as a bribe.

He checked on Glitch like he always did and went to bed too.

( Lol do/did you really have a stuffed animal like that? We have one, and noboddy can tell if it is a mouse or a bear....yeah I know)

Pine was already sound asleep. He was so excited for having Glitch over he burned away all his energie and fell asleep on the floor. Fern then had tugged him in.

'Sleep well little runt.' He said smiling.

He walked out of Pine's room and into their living room. He ignored his father, kissed his mother good night and went to bed as well. He was not looking foreward to this.

Earlyer:

Black looked amused at his mate.
"Cute Together? Celesta honey, your not planning their wedding are you? That might be a bit to soon.'

(Yeah, it's about the size of my hand. It's supposed to be a key ring though. I only brought it a few days ago.)

"Of course not, dear, but it can't hurt to give them a nudge."
Celesta enjoyed matchmaking. A few of the couples in the village even owed their happy marriages to her.

The next morning Kaz and Glitch gathered their bags they had packed the previous night and went to Black's house.

"Good morning!" Glitch greeted everyone with a happy smile while Kaz stood back, eager to set off.

Glitch was greated by a happy Pine.
Kaz was greated by a sour Fern.

Black was smiling at all of them.

'Well then boys, I suggest you start your trip. Do try to have a little fun as well.'

Fern raised an eyebrow.

'Yeah ...fun...yay.' He said in a dry tone.

'Well then Kaz, lets get going. Pine and Glitch, have fun you too and try not to brake anything.'

He said smiling at the 2 little ones.
