Perhaps they were running away for they simply did not like to be in that dreaded place. This time, it was Akairo's own input, before flying after Ralphina, Kei following closely behind.

Ralphina stopped in front of a house where she smelt the blood and cocked her head confused. 'What?' saria just stood next to her. "A house. Great. Well we can hardly burst in saying we're here to save the day can we?" She turned to the others. "False alarm. There's nothing we can do." She shrugged. "I guess we should go back to school now..." She muttered.

Kei stood in front of the house, finding it familiar. Now, where had she-! Ah! Kuroshio-kun! Blinking once, she knocked on the door, before stepping backwards.

"Hm? I wonder who could that be..." The boy muttered under his breath. Moving to open the door he saw it was Kei, and two other people he didn't know.
Akairo says they're friends. It appears they fear for someone's safety as they smell blood. Orochi told Kurosu, and the young man nodded, allowing the group to step inside.

(Finally gonna get my characters caught up--so sorry I haven't been posting, guys. Had writer's block, and I've been a bit busy as of late.)

Connor was staring idly out the door as he listened to the teacher drone on, and sat up, interested, when he saw Velvet pass by. Why was she out and about? Velvet wouldn't skip class unless for a very good reason. Something was going on. Connor nudged Senra to get her attention. Pretend to get hurt, he thought to her, Something's happening and we gotta get out of here. Senra let out a quiet hiss of assent, then slipped off the desk, landing on her side. She screeched loudly enough to startle every kid in class, and at the same time, Connor yelped, clutching his arm. "Mrs. Dubsen! My spirit animal's hurt!" he called. Kids leaned out of their seats, peering at the raven as she cawed and dragged her wing. "Alright. Go to the nurse's office, and make sure it's okay," the teacher replied, eyeing Connor as he picked Senra up, favoring his arm, and ran out of the room.

Once outside, Connor settled Senra onto her usual place on his shoulder, commenting, "That went well." Senra bobbed her head and rasped in pleasure. It certainly did. To his surprise, Velvet was leaving the school. He hurried after her, but couldn't catch up. He saw her meet up with a few other people, but was too far away to hear the conversation or see who they were. A few moments later, they all dashed off, leaving Connor weary and out of breath in his attempt to follow. He would've gone back, but the urgency and purpose that they left with was enough to pique his curiosity, and he kept going. Sending Senra ahead to see where they'd gone, Connor finally caught up with them at a house he recognized. Kurosu's. He put on a burst of speed, and slid to a stop just outside the door. "Hey....guys....so sorry....but I had to know....what was going on....I hope you don't mind I came?" he said between gasps for breath.

Saria's eyes widened when her friend just got up and knocked on the door. "Really?" Ralphina prepared for an attack and Saria rolled her eyes. 'Just in case.' Ralphina growled. Saria folded her arms and sighed, looking at the person standing at the door. "Sorry to bother you, my pet here...sensed...someone was hurt so we followed her, and here we are! Clearly, everything's under control so we'll go now. Thanks!" Saria rushed, not really wanting to explain further or get involved with someone she didn't know. Just in case her brother found out and...Wait. Her brother won't be ABLE to find out. The realisation finally hit her. He's not coming back. She's free.

Velvet spun around and fell on her butt when she saw Connor standing right behind her. Rubbing her bottom, she stood up and glared at Connor. "What are you doing here Connor!?" she whisper shouted at him. Celeste neither in response, and in Velvet's head, it came out as, Would you like me to get rid of him Velvet?. Velvet just shrugged her shoulders and thought, 'Wait. I want to see why he's here first. If I don't like his reason, and if he doesn't put up a fight, you can get rid of him.'

Connor stepped back. "You were leaving school....I know you love school, and you wouldn't leave it for a very good reason....so I was curious." He folded his arms defensively. "It seems I was at least partly right. There is something going on....why is everyone else here?" he said, looking around at the others.

Kei shrugged, and walked into Kurosu's home, settling herself on the couch with a book taken from Kurosu's shelf in hand. The two knew each other enough to know what the other wanted and need without talking. This included the taking of items without the exchange of words, since they two could understand each other impeccably well. Kei eyes the others, wondering if they would come in.

Saria closed her eyes and pinched the bridge of her nose. "I'm sorry I have urgent matters to attend to so..." She started to back away slowly. Not wanting to draw attention to herself. There was something off about what was inside that house, and to be honest it scared her.
