EDIT: UPDATED VERSION 2.1: http://i.imgur.com/0SE2VTp.png
I have several suggestions EDIT: 9 now. The image above shows them. But anyhow, here they are in writing:

Focusing on the idea of an active party:
(1) Change 'active pet' to 'active party'
Reason: Makes sense since the fact that a pet is active is used nowhere on this site. Even for quests, the entire party is used. (ie. pet 2 had enough agility to save the elven soldier)

(2) Allow easy access to remove pets from party by a button in the 'active party' area
Reason: It takes a LOT of clicks to change your party out. Seeing as this is done frequently, it should be easier.
Implementation suggestion: A small - for removing a pet from a party and a small + for adding a pet to a party. This would be displayed in the top right corner right beyond the pet's picture.

Focusing on the Pet Page:
(1) Get rid of 'view next and view previous Sylesti' buttons.
Reason: I doubt anyone cares what a pet is based on it's ID number.
Note: I like the 'random sylesti' button, but couldn't figure out where to put it in the picture :<

(2) **NOT IN PICTURE** Display somewhere on a pet's page whether it currently is taking care of an egg.
Reason: Makes sense since it is information about the pet.

(3) Show breeding fee and price of pet on pet page
Reason: Information that should be visible.

(4) Move the food stat. from 'Genetics' to 'Statistics' OR remove it from the active pet area
Reason: It would be consistent with the 'active pet' area this way.

(5) Get rid of the 'color' section for the Genetics.
Reason: It's a bit repetitive seeing "Mutation One", and then "Mutation One Color." Also, they aren't lined up...
I couldn't figure out how to do this well, so I just lined them up in the picture

(6) Decrease the size of the display of a pets equipped items
Reason: It's a bit large for no reason really...

For in battle display:
(1) Indicate next to a pets stats when battling whether or not a pet has available level ups.
Reason: Sometimes when battling you can lose track whether a pet has leveled up or not
Implementation suggestion: A purple + sign as to be consistent with the purple + used on the 'stables' page.

Honestly, I am not fond of the organization in the image you provided for the pet page. It makes it far too cluttered and unappealing to view in my opinion. Putting the buttons randomly along the text like that makes them look tackily stuck into the boxes. Also, it take the too much focus away from the pet itself, shifting attention from the pet's image to the mass of text in the information sections.
The color sections are there since a pet's worth can be with how pure their color[s] are, as well as making it easier to gauge how many points need to be switched with a corresponding RGB Dye. Having to hover to view those makes the process a whole lot more troublesome.
I do like the placement of the Breeding/Selling prices above their buttons though. It would make things a whole lot more convenient haha.

I also agree with making party switching a whole lot more convenient, although I believe they're working on the Party page that was once a broken link in the Explore dropdown.

Yeah, I was debating whether or not to move the buttons. Changed it now!

Was a personal decision since I felt like I was scrolling so much to click buttons such as 'disband pet' frequently. Though if the way to add and remove pets is easier then this isn't needed as much.

To me, it makes sense to combine a trait and it's color onto the same line somehow as they are very related. I realized about the having to hover over the hex thing, but was too lazy to change it so just included text saying that you could have the hex or rgb value or whatever you would like there. Though didn't realize anyone found the rgb values useful. Thank you for informing me of that.

Apparently only a max of 3 quotes in a forum post, but anyhow in regards to looking cluttered:
I find the genetics section a lot more uncluttered this way. Though if this is in relation to how I put text next to the pet itself, it was a trade off.

^__^
Thanks for your input! C:

I rather like cycling through sylesties by ID number, actually. >w> It's neat to see what's there.
