i'm not sure of the algorithm of this, but i /do/ know that i have now spent three DAYS trying to finish the daily quest for the Garden. Not finish it for the third time. Finishing it for the FIRST time. After three days of trying to grind that quest (in between events and finishing the other two dailies), i still only have put down two flowers.

Perhaps it is my MMO mindset, but dailies are something you generally can grind out fairly quickly; they're not dungeons, they're rewards for being active daily.

i don't think they should be ridiculously easy, but making it attainable for a casual player in a daily basis would be lovely. ^^

I never had that much trouble actually~ owo
Well I do try to skip as much Battles as I can
and only focus on the quests(and maybe some
random chest I find in case of money~XP)
And doing so, I finish them, even if it does take
a while to complete, I'm curently neutral on
getting it to happen more often... owo"

I have issues with this too. Several times have I spent half a week trying to finish the graveyard or the other random encounter daily quests. Sure, someone could do them by spending all day online working on them exclusively... but it's unrealistic to expect people to not take care of their real lives.

So rewarding the people who choose to shrug off their responsibility to family/friends/real life pets is a little sad. :<
Getting 2 gaurenteed badges a day just because I have more to do than sit on my kapoose all day is really the only option, even if I have unlocked many other quests.

I'm supporting this too. Right now, the umbra forest is the last zone, so taking an entire month to obtain the badges seem possible, but when the other zones will be open, no one will spend the ridiculous amount of time required to get 100 badges for an avatar item. If we could spend just 10 minutes per quest and participate 10 minutes an umbra event each day, it would still take two weeks grinding all the dailies and the events to get an avatar item, with a total of 150 hours spent collecting badges.

Hm... I'm not sure why it's taking you guys so long to complete the dailies. I just did all 5 in 20 minutes total. It took about 4 minutes evenly for each quest. Which is pretty much how long they were designed to take.

For the non-battle dailies, I just retreated from encounters rather than battling.

However, I will slightly increase the frequency of the daily events.

I just finished all five in 16 minutes, and do so regularly. The only problem I've had with this was a week or two ago when I spent almost an hour trying to find trolls for the Grotto's quest. Haven't had any such issue since.

Personally, it takes me awhile. At first, before the retreat fail got implemented, I considered the rates of running into myconids in the shrine and trolls in the grotto a bit too low (especially when I see myconids in the grotto after I'm done lolol).

When the retreat fail got implemented, at first I was like 'okay I'll cut my losses and just not do spire'. I guess it's just coincidence, but I found that retreating all the time for Garden/Tomb/Spire was pretty tedious, and today in particular, I finished grotto and shrine much faster. I guess it's a matter of luck (%-based events are just terribad luck), and differs for many people.

I definitely wouldn't oppose a higher rate for events to happen in favor of daily quest requirements. It just seems that people have it better than others in terms of how quick they get their things done.

i wasn't sure if i was just having horrific luck on it before, but thank you soooo much for upping the 'drop rate'. Garden of Magnates went so much faster today. Now i have time to go play with nurturing! x3
