Well, not for the current set[s] of potions, but perhaps for future releases.

This set of potions would recover based on a percentage instead of a set amount [50% recovery vs. 1,600 Health recovery].

Because for the Health boosted pets 1,600 Health recovery [current max] is a pretty insignificant amount in comparison to the 10,000+ Health these pets have.

Of course, these potions would be of more value, and therefore more expensive in the Market[s].
