I finished the main quest for the dungeon of the forsaken and turned it in but Jinxie is still saying "We should travel to the Dungeon of the Forsaken as soon as we can.We must stop Vierna Da`Sheer at all costs! She will surely destroy Umbra Forest if we do not stop her."
Is there a bug? Or do I have to do it all over again? I beat the dungeon and completed the quest.

No. It's not a bug.
After third area released, the message will go away.
But for now, Jinxie will keep telling us to kill Vierna even though we have killed her.
