So I tried to change my equips on my pets, but all Rare+ (Blue, Purple, Orange) items are not clickable.
The item stat window popup right over the item when I move my mouse on it or click it.
And while moving it over it, the window flashes (popup and disappears right away multiple times).
If I just hold my mouse on it, then the window doesn't move but I still can't click the item as it covers the item icon.

Tho' Uncommon (Green) items don't have this bug.

EDIT: Now the same bug has happened with some of the items in my inventory, tho not all Rare+ items.

Does anyone else have this bug ?

Hm... Never heard of this issue before and I'm not sure what could be causing it.

Can you take a screenshot of what's going on so I can understand better?

If I'd know how to make a GIF, then I'd show the flashing part.

It happens with all the equipped Rare+ items and also with some Rare+ items in the equipment inventory (after I got an item from the previous event).

I don't have any Rare+ items in the normal inventory, haven't checked the wardrobe yet tho. But I don't think I have anything Rare there.

Rarity shouldn't make any difference on anything.

Are you trying to unequip items from your pet? It looks like it. Make sure you're viewing your Equipment. You can't unequip items into your Inventory.

The pink circles mark the spot where the cursor is while it's on a clickable object (handshaped).

The cursor is on the aqua spot and it looks like this:

When I'm moving my mouse over the item, it flashes thro the 2 stages - stat window + handshaped cursor, and then no window + text cursor.

I hope thats better.
