There would be a very small chance of randomly finding a healer while Exploring.
Said healer would charge 2-3 times [or more depending on how late in game it is] the healing fees in the towns.
This would be pretty much that one glimmer of hope after a mid-boss fight while waiting for the town healer[s] cooldown to pass.
... Or if you're feeling mean you can have the occasional swindler as well. Takes your money and runs or takes your money and heals 1hp each pet.
