When opening a Mission pouch and equipment is the reward, attempting to open another or do anything else in the inventory triggers the "Inventory has changed. Please refresh the page" error.

Definitely a very minor glitch, one which I'm only somewhat sure wasn't there yesterday as I tend to auto pilot open these.
