Hi there everyone!
I was wondering if there's a resource or a guide that someone could point me to in regards to which player materials in the Lost Grove are safe to scrap for tokens if you already have enough of it to construct a certain barracks. Or perhaps someone knows off the top of their head which materials I should be keeping and could tell me.
For example, I have more than the required amount of Battle Trinkets to build the Training Grounds, but I'm afraid that scrapping the excess to put into other materials that I still need, would get me into trouble if I need more of them down the line for e.g higher rank upgrades of said barracks or something else in the game that uses these same materials. Just like in the same way that Ores are both used for constructing the Blacksmith but are also used afterwards in upgrading gear etc. I wouldn't want to get rid of Ores even after constructing the Blacksmith. So far I haven't been able to find a complete list of all the uses of LG materials.
I have found the Lost Grove Walkthrough that shows the use of some of these materials post-construction and the upgrade cost for rank 2, but I wonder if some are important either beyond rank 2 or in other parts of the game.
Thank you!

we list the uses of items in the lg items guide
Definitely don't scrap battle trinkets- those are used for activating the training grounds debuff on elites and bosses
pet scraps, such as feathers, scales etc. are pretty safe to trade for tokens if you aren't planning on using the tracker (and honestly, the tracker's main use is just its quests rather than the activated buffs)
