Pinevale
Scorchwood High is a school for supernatural beings that resemble humans. you may come across some hardships and villains at this school, but that's just how it goes, isn't it? new students are transported into Pinevale (the town) in busses. they are dropped off at Pinevale General Hospital to be "disinfected" from the outside world and checked for supernatural abilities. Pinevale is a town inhabited only by supernatural beings and "pet" humans, for the vampires. after the doctors of Pinevale General Hospital have decided that the kids are "magical" enough, they are free to roam the town and do whatever they want between classes. Scorchwood high is a boarding school, but the students are able to come and go as they please, with a permit from the headmaster or the company of a prefect of course.

~you may kill off other people's characters, but keep in mind that yours can be killed as well. you needn't ask other people permission to kill their character unless you absolutely want to
~you can pm me at any time during the roleplay if you have any questions or if you want to start a "behind the scenes" plot twist or something. DO NOT post questions on here. the only posts to be made on this thread is roleplaying

Alrighty y'all, i think everything is set up :)

After getting her dorm key and student ID from the headmaster's office, Alyra reads the information off of her ID card. Alyra Lyric, age 15, dorm number 615, floor 3/3, she trips over a stair step while walking up and decides that it's probably not a good idea to walk while reading, and makes her way up the steps, dragging one of her four unreasonably large suitcases up with her.

Alright, so all classes are on the first floor, there are no lockers so I won't be able to have designated folders for each class without bringing an outragous amount of stuff with me, but there are 20 minute breaks between classes so I might be able to make it? she loses her train of thought after running into a wall. thinking it's a person that she ran into, she instinctively says sorry and bows her head, then bows it even further when she realizes that she just said sorry to a wall and several people in the hallway started laughing at her, so she hurries toward her dorm room as quickly as possible.

Upon entering the place where she will be living for the next year, Alyra notices several very unfortunate things. One, the entire place is decorated in shades of boring grey and brown, the kitchen sink does not work, and the bedroom lightbulbs are burnt out. Not to mention how stiff the mattress is. Well, at least I don't have to share a room, she sighs, dropping her suitcase down in the dingy living room and looking around, trying to decide how to decorate the place.

Alessa walked up to Scorchwood High, tilting her head slightly. She hadn't been public schooled before, so this is entirely new to her. She opened the door and looked around. She walked slowly over to the headmaster's office, then got her dorm key and student ID. She read it: Alessandra Katz, age 16, dorm 614, floor 3/3. She shouldered her duffel bag and walked over to the stairs and climbed the three levels.

When she reached the third floor, Alessa walked over to the dorm room with the number 614 on it. She thought she heard something, but she ignored it, unlocking the door. She opened the door, and wrinkled her nose.

This will need work. She thought, At least it's better than a cave though. She noted, remembering the three years she's been on the run, knowing that in her pack, if an exiled wolf would be found by another wolf, the other wolf could kill her. She shuddered at the thought, but put down her duffel bag firmly. Pinevale will be safe, no one from my pack would find me here, right?
