Since i dont have the blacksmithing station yet how do i complete stage 10 ?
Can see according to the guide you need it

You will need to construct the blacksmith station.
While you can get the broken equipment item drops, you do need the blacksmith to be able to mend them in order to be able to hand them in and complete the stage
