While it currently is not a thing, there is a good chance it will be a thing in the not too distant future. Krinadon's three current main projects are the Faelora revamp, the Pet Broker, and redoing the Breeding Grounds.
Given that it's something that's been requested, we can be expectant that being able to test breed with pets you don't own will be a feature of them once he's done (and maybe even with pet image url! I hope! That would be. So helpful to be able to do)

In the meantime:
Traits are simple to work out the chances so long as you know how sylesti genetics work (punnett squares) (though I acknowledge that 'simple' isn't necessarily the same as 'easy')


Colours you can work out the range, but, well, it's a lot of numbers involved and frankly it's entirely too tedious to bother generally.

Skippable explanation:
(each colour has an RGB value. When breeding, it's like...
Pet 1's Slot 1 has R 001, G 001, B 200 (together these are HEX 0101C8 and make THIS colour
Pet 2's Slot 1 has R 009, G 099, B 150 (this makes HEX 096396, or THIS colour

Babies of the two could have a slot 1 R anywhere from 001-009, G between 001 and 099, and B could be anywhere from 150-200. You can work out 'it'll be a blueish' reasonably by matter of 'blue higher than all the other numbers in both parents', but details, eeeehh))
(I'm hopeful that the breeding grounds revamp could also include a colour possibility predictor but who knows)
