Hi everyone, this is the first RP I'm making so if I get anything wrong, please let me know!
Shifters of Night Forest
Story: The 5 clans of the Night Forest have lived in peace together, until now. Recently a gang of some of the most powerful shifters have joined together and have been causing rifts between everyone. The Central Authorities have decided they need a team to combat this. However, this team has not come back from their most recent mission. With tensions rising, it's up to the new generations of shifters to find their way to each other and destroy the Dark Gang

Shifters are people that can shift into an animal. You can only go into ONE animal (Sylestian creatures included). They can also use the power from their respective tribe
The five Clans are Doiteain (Fire), Uisce (Water), Gleasra (Plant. This includes earth but you can't be Earth and Plant) , Aeir (Air) and Fola (Blood. So healing, super speed, things to do with people). You can also be from the Central area and have any one of the powers.

OKAY, RULES!
1. You can swear and stuff, but if there are people who wish for there to be no swearing, I'll ban it
2. We'll start with two characters, but if you want more, feel free to ask (I'll put this here now to prevent more confusions XD. If you want only one character, please tell me first. I just think it's easier to have two in most cases, so if you only want one from now on, LET ME KNOW) :D
3. You can be from the same area as someone else. If so, try to have a closer relationship with them
4. Please don't do one line responses
IMPORTANT 5. FOLLOW THE STORY! I know it's fun sometimes to make your character all powerful and to just make them do something totally random, but it's not helpful for everyone else. Please try and stick with what's going on in the RP. Please write bonana bread if you have read everything!

Name: Sakura
Clan: Gleasra

Appearance as human:
She has green hair and brown eyes. They change when she switches though.
Appearance as animal:
She's a fox XD
History: Sakura's past isn't all that interesting. She was a bit of a loner during school, and therefore isn't very good at talking to people. She had a twin brother named Aspen, but he died at age ten, and she somehow inherited his power. She always feels guilty, because although she is strong, it's only through her brother's death.
Personality: She's very bad tempered and she seems grumpy to everyone she meets. In reality she just doesn't relate to people very well and can be genuinely sweet when she knows people more. She is very cunning and smart, however she is very short and not very strong.
One great like and one hatred: She absolutely adores silver things. And she cannot stand when people use incorrect grammar
Best strength and worst weakness: She is very smart. Her weakness is that she is lazy and often can't be bothered using her smarts.
Anything else: She has a lot of ear piercings because they are silver

Name: Caldwell (Nicknamed Caldy)

(Yeah, okay, I know that this guy is an actual manga character. Pretend both of his eyes are blue please!) His hair actually has a blueish colour to it too.
Appearance as animal:
Naw he's so cute :3 Please pretend he's more blue! He doesn't like people knowing what animal he is though.
History: Caldy lives in the secluded and secretive part of Uisce, the Glacier. Him and the shifters around him specialise in ice. He was taught to remain silent and to not reveal a thing and no one really knows much about him. His family live on the outside of the Glacier, and are separated from the most separated.
Personality: Very very mysterious. Few people even know what he shifts into. He is sort of shy but he covers it up with smugness. He is fairly quiet aside from the occasional snide remark. He really wants to fit in but he doesn't want to be like everyone else at the same time.
One great like and one hatred: He loves the night time because it's the coldest. He despises small talk because he finds it awkward and very forced.
Best strength and worst weakness: He is very fast, both mind and physical wise. His weakness is that he hesitates a lot because he doesn't want to accidentally reveal too much about himself.
Anything else: He always wears a scarf, even though he loves the cold.

History: All that is currently known is that she knows Caldwell
Personality: A real cow. Unlike Sakura who is just bad with people, Rusalka will purposely agitate others. She is also good at acting innocent. She is very confident in her own abilities and is a bit of a snob
One great like and one hatred: Loves annoying people and absolutely hates it when people don't react to her.
Best strength and worst weakness: She is a very good actor, however her weakness is that she is too cocky

Ok I'm not sure if we can start posting the characters now but... here's my two characters -


Character Form...
Name: Yukio (Snow child)
Gender: Male
Clan: Uisce
Age: 14
Appearance as human: Short white hair, pale skin, ice blue eyes. Has a tattoo on his left eye that looks like a dragon and is in a couple shades darker than his skin. He wears a light blue T-shirt with a dark blue floral pattern at the bottom right corner. Over it he wears a white long-sleeved jacket with a high collar. The edges of the jacket are gold in color and he doesnt button up his jacket. (The neck, sleeves opening and bottom of jacket) He wears jeans and a brown belt. He wears white boots and carries around a brown sling bag. He also wears a necklace with a vial in the middle that contains water, as he cannot yet use the water in the air.

Appearance as animal:

Found a pic that looks like what I picture him as ^^ Except, his eyes are the same color as his human form and his claws are the same color as his belly color (the light blue) as are his spikes. His hair while as a dragon is white as well ^^

History: Yukio grew up in a family of 4, his parents, himself and his older brother. As a noble, Yukio was taught many things, except for combat skills. When he was young, he was often falling sick, and in terms of strength was weak. Due to this his parents thought it better for him to stay indoors, reading books to further his knowledge. But as he grew older, he became less sickly, and his grew stronger. However, his parents still did not believe him , and he turned to his older brother for help. His older brother, being taught as a warrior by their father and a master in the water element, would secretly teach Yukio how to fight. However, his older brother never returned after being selected to bring down the Dark Gang, leaving Yukio to practice by himself, and wondering where his older brother had went to. Due to his brothers disappearance Yukio had a new goal to find just exactly where his brother had went, and what became of him. Was he really dead? Or just lost? And thus Yukio decided it was time to set off to look for answers, after he could convince his parents that is. (And its working)

Personality: Due to staying indoors when he was young, Yukio has little friends, if any at all, and thus he is rather quiet around others, preferring to keep to himself. Despite his rather chilly view and slightly superior personality, he is actually quite kind in his heart, and longs for a good friend, someone wholl never leave his side. Yukio can also be shy, and is rather intelligent.

One like and one dislike/hate: Likes to read, hates to be told that he cannot do something, if it has to do with him being weak.

Best strength and worst weakness: As he was born a noble, he has a way with words, and can usually get out of most situations with them, however, as his brother left before he could teach Yukio how to properly control his element and fight, Yukio finds combat to be a difficulty, though he can easily heal any wounds with water.
Anything else: NA (for now, I cant think of anything)

Name: Amaya (Night Rain)
Gender: Female
Clan: Fola
Age: 14
Appearance as human: Black hair tied into a short ponytail, has red eyes and wears a black and red necklace which has a crescent moon in the middle. Her top eyelids are black-colored and a black bandana covers her necklace. (She uses the bandana to cover her mouth and nose during combat, but she uses it to cover her necklace when out of combat.) She wears a black, tight shirt and a black high-collared, short sleeved jacket over it, with the jacket being unbuttoned. She wear golden arm bracers and has a bracelet in her left arm, and wears black fingerless gloves. Black pants and boots as well, and a brown belt which has a bag attached to it and is filled with shurikens, a few throwing knives and kunais. In each boot she places two throwing knives, and two daggers rest on her left side, just below her bag, and a whip rests on her right side, at her waist.

Appearance as animal:
Shes not a zolnixi, shes a kitsune, and with nine tails and white paws with black flames surrounding her paws (theyre a bit translucent), a white muzzle and spirit flames which are purple-fade-blue in color flowing her. (Four spirit flames that float in an arc surrounding her body)

History: Amaya hails from a family of assassins and thieves, with 2 older siblings and 2 younger ones. Her parents taught her the art of their trade, and she excels in it, being the fastest in her family, and the most precise when it comes to nailing a bulls eyes. After her family heard of the last team going missing when they went to defeat the Dark Gang, she volunteered to go after them, to either defeat them , or die trying. She hopes that the mission, once completed, would either bring in enough money to support her family, or at least the news of her completeing the mission would bring in more jobs for her family, who are just barely getting the money they need to support themselves. Heck, maybe the completion of the mission would make her family a noble house or something of that calibre. Thus, Amaya sets off to find and bring down the Dark Gang, but not before a quick trip to the Central Area and clans to look for others who would aid her.

Personality: Shes cocky and smug, but dont let that fool you, for thats just a part of her personality. When she feels it to be the right time, she can turn from loud-mouth and candid to silent, thoughtful, alert - a deadly assassin. She loves to tease others, and is very confident in her abilities, and has a talent for strategizing. However, she seems to like children, and can take on a big sister personality sometimes, as well as actually being kind, helpful and friendly to her friends, but being distrustful and cold to others to dare try to hurt them. Shes also very loyal, and makes friends easily, if she feels like it. (e.g. she feels that someone is hiding something from her and she wont be that persons friend easily, and can act cold to that person) She sometimes let her feelings control her and due to her background has trouble with her people skills.

One like and one dislike: She like pranking others, and hates to fail at anything in front of other people.

Best strength and worst weakness: Her speed, it gets her out of any things, makes assassinations easier and she can get to place faster. However, she lacks in strength, and as her friends and family are her first priority, sometimes when she has to choose between them and something else, it can be excruciatingly difficult for her.

Anything else: She can do anything a thief does, pick locks, pickpocket others, disguises, etc. She is also a rather good actor, due to sometimes having to act as a different person in order to get close to her intended target.

Name: Arashi (storm)

He's the griffin
History: In his family he is the eldest sibling, with only his younger sister to keep him company when their parents were out. Being the eldest and a male (his family were old-fashioned), he was taught in everything from books to fighting. His sister however, as a female, was taught things, such as laundry, sewing and dancing, anything to help her future household and find her a husband. Due to this, when Arashi heard of the Dark Gang and of all the failed attempts to defeat them, he decided to head off and make sure they were stopped, if that would protect the threat of them (Dark Gang) ever visiting his (Arashi) hometown and harming those he loved.
Personality: Living with a younger sister made him a brotherly type, kind and caring to all. Though he learnt how to fight, he would rather talk things over than resorting to violence, but can be dangerous when provoked. As he was oldest, he is also mature, and knows how to handle many situations, though sometimes his soft-heart gets the better of him and he caves to certain people's whims. (Kids) He is also extremely loyal.
One great like and one hatred: He loves his sister and family, and hates it should his friends or family be hurt.
Best strength and worst weakness: His flight, as he prefers aerial combat to close combat, which is one of his weakness.

History: Her parents were form the military, her father being a general. Under those circumstances, it was hard for her not to grow up acting like her parents, and she was always either reading or practicing her fighting skills. Once, she worked with her father to command a troop, and that made it clear to her what she wanted to be when she grew up. Now, after Arashi gave her a letter stating what he wanted to do, she waits for him to come, so both can journey to find the Dark Gang.
Personality: Mature, Cold, Protective of friends and extremely loyal. Is a good leader, but if she encounters someone she deems she doesn't like, she may go out of her way to annoy that person, since as a born warrior, she likes to fight. Easily sees through others' emotions and cannot stand nonsense. In influential in central.
One great like and one hatred: She likes to fight but hates to be told to sit and do nothing.
Best strength and worst weakness: She's a good leader and fighter, her agility and dexterity helping her alot, however, she is quick to get into fights, and thus sometimes picks fights with the wrong people, though often her weakness is that she does things like she's in the military, forgetting that not everyone is from there.
Anything else: Is Arashi's friend (Childhood) and has a pet raven and wolf, named Abend, male, and Tsuki, female. (Wolf is Tsuki) Akari found them when they were young, Abend's wing being broken and Tsuki's leg being trapped by a fox trap, and looked after them. Till now they refuse to leave her side unless she orders it.

History: She was never very sociable as she was growing up so she trusts few. She has one true friend who is my next character. She's never had a job or anything so she is a master thief, and often, when she meets new people, she has already pick pocketed all their valuables! However, she is very trustworthy, loyal and honest. She is also an EXTREMLEY skilled fighter.
Personality: Very secretive and mysterious but highly intelligent.
One great like and one hatred: Like: Chocolate Hate: People trying to get her to go out with her and flirts/
Best strength and worst weakness: Strength - Fighting, and hiding/lurking/ambushing from the Shadows
Weakness - Sometimes quite gullible.

Best strength and worst weakness: Strength: Is master of illusions and can trick people easily.

History: Harry was always practicing magic tricks and illusions. He was kicked out after conspiricies of using Dark Arts. He made his money by performing amazing illusions, and robbing the audience while the gazed at the 'magic'. He was also a good friend of Dmitri, who was then introduced to Shade. He secretly has a crush on Shade, and will do more or less anything to help her. When she explained Dmitri's situation, Harry worked out a way which was kind of Dark Arts to monitor him.
Personality: Quite serious and very strong. Will only lighten up with those he really trusts. A.K.A Shade and Dmitri. He is always aware of what's going on around him and always carries some sort of weapon.
One great like and one hatred: Like: Amazing people with illusions, and hiding in the Shadows.
Hatred: Being disturbed when he doesn't want to be, and nosy people.
Best strength and worst weakness: Strength: Hiding in the Shadow's and ambushes.
Weakness: Using a bow and arrow/crossbow and coping with being in a closed area. (cages, locked rooms etc.)
