We are currently looking for dedicated individuals with certain skill sets to fill various positions (listed below) for either developing future content for Sylestia or for helping to manage the site. If you feel that you can fit one of our needed positions and meet the various listed requirements, please use the form at the bottom of the page to submit an application!

- Site Artist (Merchandise Design/Other)

Content Artist - Avatar Work
We have filled this position at this time. However, you are more than welcomed
to leave us with an application for future openings!

We are currently looking for an artist who can specialize in creating all assets related to our player Avatar system. This would include artwork related to the bases, such as creating new hair styles, eyes, etc. This would also include artwork related to our outfit system, such as clothing, wings, held items, etc.

If we feel that your artwork would be a good fit for Sylestia and you meet all general requirements, you would then be introduced to our various layering systems and most likely go through a couple week process of becoming familiar with creating artwork specifically for our systems. Once you are comfortable with our systems, we can then begin providing you with contracts for creating official artwork for Sylestia.

Specific Position Requirement: Must be extremely proficient with Adobe Photoshop.
Expected Work Load: Roughly 5-10 hours of work per week.*

Content Artist - Pet Work
We have filled this position at this time. However, you are more than welcomed
to leave us with an application for future openings!

We are currently looking for an additional artist who can specialize in creating genes and mutations for our various Pet species. This would include artwork such as designs and patterns onto our various species' bases as well as designing and creating artwork such as wings or armors.

If we feel that your artwork would be a good fit for Sylestia and you meet all general requirements, you would then be introduced to our various layering systems and most likely go through a couple week process of becoming familiar with creating artwork specifically for our systems. Once you are comfortable with our systems, we can then begin providing you with contracts for creating official artwork for Sylestia.

Site Artist - Merchandise Design/Other
We have filled this position at this time. However, you are more than welcomed
to leave us with an application for future openings!

We are currently looking for an additional artist who can specialize in creating artwork specifically for us to use for selling official Sylestia merchandise. This position may also involve other miscellaneous artwork needs for Sylestia, such as site assets, item icon artwork, etc.

Specific Position Requirement: Must be proficient with Adobe Photoshop.
Expected Work Load: Less than 5 hours of work per week.*

Application Resources:

- Must be at least 18 years of age as of the time of your application.

- Must be willing to sign Work for Hire contracts for all work conducted for Sylestia. No Work will be accepted nor will any payments be sent without a contract.

- As part of signing the Work for Hire contracts for projects, you would be agreeing to the following:


- Must reside within the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or Australia. (Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis depending on your country's laws and regulations)

- Must be able to accept payment through PayPal and in $USD.

- Must be willing to use the Discord platform for communications.

- You will not become an employee of Sylestia Games LLC. You will be conducting work with Sylestia Games LLC as an Independent Contractor through Work for Hire contracts on a per project basis.

- While each project will be different, typically, we ask that our Independent Contracts keep track of the hours spent on a specific project and then they are paid an hourly rate for the total amount of contracted hours on that project. Payment is sent once the project is completed and work accepted. Terms of the contract will be settled before work begins on the project.

- Before we can begin contracted work, we will need to collect the following information from you for tax filing purposes. If you reside within the United States, you will be issued a 1099-Misc at the end of the year from us if you received over the maximum allowed amount in a given tax year, as per the IRS.
