Adorable Kon you drew there. Do you trace the anime ones? Draw from eye? or?

I just look at the picture I find online and draw it xD trust me if i traced it you would be able to tell I really stink at it.

I might post original pictures so you guys can see there is always something different when I draw them. In the Full metal alchemist one his hands i drew to small so i had to draw a nose for him

Well, to me, the anime ones look good c:

For the picture with your avi and your sylesti eating icecream, it's kind of hard to tell-
Which way did you want your avi's body to be facing in the picture?
And which way did you want your avi's head to be facing in the picture?

@Taptothebeat, to tell you the truth I drew it in the dark and kinda just threw it together I normally don't draw stuff like that. My avatar I didn't even use a picture of to base off of. So I really can't answer that question. xD

It's best to figure that out before you start drawing. If you know the direction you want everything to face it will be easier to draw.

@Taptothebeat, Yes I would agree with you on that but only if its for someone or for a contest of some sort. Nomrally I just start sketching and it comes out all right though when I create drawings from my own mind with a set image in my head it always turns out bad. I actually like drawing when I am upset I tend to come out with some cools ones. There is one I will put up tomorrow if I get time (getting an interview) but here is one I can show you that I drew from finals coming up in school.

Do you not use guidelines or a sketch when drawing?

@Taptothebeat, I just sketch though sometimes I do sketch a few lines to get the gists of where everything will go if I have an idea.
