I had two separate ideas similar to the Mojo collection for the winter fest. One has already basically been taken care of by Xavion in her thread here: http://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=18677

But there's another one I'd be pleased to suggest. Baking some pets!

What exactly do I mean? Well, I was thinking we could have a batch of ingredients that could be randomly dropped by pets or bosses, and then you turn them in to generate a certain kind of themed egg!

If that's not feasible, it could maybe be something like "recipes" and you could turn those in for either a particular egg, or any egg if having one for each species would be too hard.

I just really like the idea of seeing say, Gingerbread Luporas, or Chocolate Chip Morkkos, Pumpkin Pie Nephinis...Things like that. A friend of mine was remarking we don't have enough "edible" pets and I agree.

If just baking is too hard to think of themes, it could be other kinds of pets too. Like Candy Canes, Chocolate Oranges, or any other kind of sweet Christmas treat.

I made a gingerbread Lupora, if anyone else wants to post some examples of edible pets here it would be much obliged. :)

I think this sounds like an awesome idea! Maybe it could be similar to the way we got handfuls of candy (though harder to get the ingredients, obviously) but a similar concept?

I think some of my designs I submitted for the contest could work for this. (Though I want to rework the Griffi, I'm not totally happy with it... Or maybe just give it a different name, because it doesn't really look like pumpkin bread to me.)

Ooh, I really support this! It would remove the competition present in mojo competitions, while still keeping it challenging (and encouraging trading between players--the lupes, for example, would still be coveted and hard to get with a market scarcity of ingredients, but still possible on one's own). Plus, no time limit!

That's weird. I suggested the exact same thing on page 2 of the winter festival themed pets

If you've read Fai's first post when she announced the details of the winter festival themed pets, right after the list of winter bakery themed pets, she said, and I quote,

"Thanks to the wonderful suggestion thread we will be having a Winter Bakery for the upcoming festival. Because this is going to require a lot of little items drawn for the recipes, I have gone ahead and picked out the desserts for the bakery ahead of time (so that we can begin working on the items now). "

Based on the dates of the posts, and the credit given by Fai, the original idea for the winter bakery themed pets came from this thread. And Fai did say (in that same quote) that there are recipes involved in the process.

There's a reason why only bakery themeds are allowed to be designed this time, and no other themes will be used unless it's for the wheel. =P

Well it doesn't its my idea or not i am happy it is happening. But i had an idea simlar to yours, except yo dont battle bosses for it (that would be to hard) you explore the festival for it.
