How will one get "tokens"?

Finally, will people who can't afford to purchase Diamonds be able to participate in any part of this Festival, or is it Diamonds-only? Yes, I know one can purchase Diamonds for GP, but they are out of reach for us newbies with only five- or low-six-figure GP accounts.

I guess what I really want to know is, if you don't have Diamonds or lots of GP, is this Festival actually anything to get excited about? Thanx.

You actually don't have to spend any diamonds at all if you don't want to! Tickets and tokens are usually pretty easy to get if you participate in the dynamic event(s) and (I'd assume) the trick-or-treating.

The festival zone is pretty much set up kinda like pokemon, where you have a little tiny version of your avatar wandering around a little area and you can run into pets and other goodies as you go. It's super fun.

Usually, in the zone a sort of "Boss" type character or characters will appear once every hour and you can fight them to win all sorts of cool stuff like avatar items, tickets, tokens and equipment.

And, I think the tickets were like 100 diamonds or something, def not worth it (to me) when you can get them so easily in the zone. I never bought any last fest and I spun the wheel over 200 times. :)
