I don't even know how to enter, aside from how to do anything!!!! can anyone give me a hint on how to nurture egglings and hatchlings? other people's so i can earn scales?

It ended already, Sunday, August 3rd.
To nurture egglings and hatchlings, go to Hatchery, and Nurture Sylestis. If you want to nurture someone else's, go to their profile (click on their picture) and go to their hatchery.
