I threw a pillow at the intrudor and was screaming my head off. The dark figure pushed the pillow away before it hit them and then carried on it's steady pace towards me. I screamed harder and it suddenly turned into a choke of sobs as I ran out of breath and my throat was raw and soar.
The figure grabbed my arm and came into view. It was a man with messy light blue hair and icy, almost transparent, blue eyes staring into mine as though he was looking into my soul. His face had a golden line on it, reaching to the corner of the left side of his mouth and starting from the bottom middle of his left eye.
A cruel smile was on his lips, scaring me to hell.

I attempted to back away but my back pressed against the wall. The man laughed as he lowered his hand to just under my elbow. I cried out as I felt a seering pain where he was holding my arm. The man still had a crule smile as he then moved his mouth near my ear. I felt no breath coming from him...only when he spoke did I feel any breath.
"Maiden...of...the...ocean..." he wheezed out, as though it was difficult to talk at all.

Maiden of tbe ocean? I thought panicked, what does he mean?

What could this mean?

This is just a small taster for a idea I had...it would probably come from near the start but not the very start...

Hmmm... Maybe this person could be a secret...something of the ocean and that monster guy wants to truck her and try to kill her? Nice start!
