Team Sprocket

For this fight, you should aim to defeat the enemies in this order: Zibby, Znogg, Zeb. (From bottom to top, if that's easier to remember.)

All of them will begin the fight with an Essence buff. When one enemy is defeated, the survivor(s) will obtain a corresponding buff to make them stronger. Zibby's buff increases the damage they deal; Znogg's buff increases their mitigation; I don't know what Zeb's buff does because he's always the last survivor. You could try to take them all down at the same time to minimize the time they spend buffed, but in my experience it's easier to just pick them off one by one.

Several buffs and debuffs will appear throughout the fight. Most of these are negligible, in my opinion, and you don't need to pay much attention to them. The most important ones are detailed below.

On turn 3, Zibby will gain the Channeling buff (the blue X shape):

All three pets must block. Failure to block will result in getting stunned for three turns. (Stun is applied independently for each pet.)

Later, Zibby will obtain the Shield of Lightning buff:

This buff will reflect damage back onto any pets who try to attack Zibby. For the shield's duration, you should attack one of the other enemies (ideally Znogg). Once it ends, turn your attention back to Zibby.

Once you have defeated Zibby, attack Znogg next. Znogg will periodically stun one of your pets for 2 turns. To my knowledge there is no good way to block or avoid this, so you'll just have to keep an eye out for it.

After Znogg is defeated, attack Zeb. Zeb is basically just a tank and has no particularly dangerous attacks or debuffs to watch out for.

Harpy Sisters

By far the most technically involved fight of the arena. Once you get into the rhythm of it it's pretty straightforward, but even a single mistake can wreck the whole fight, so you need to pay attention the whole time.

Ideally the sisters should be taken down within a few turns of each other, or else you're going to have a bad time. I prefer to begin by attacking Nova until her health is low, then attacking Freya until her health is low, then distributing attacks between them until they are both defeated.

Start by attacking as normal. On turn 3, one of your pets will receive the Radiating Heat debuff:

If this pet is not already in the first party slot, they must be switched there IMMEDIATELY.

Two turns later, Nova will receive a Channeling buff:

The whole party must use Quick Attack.

Two turns after that, Freya will receive Channeling:

This time, the whole party must Block.

From here on out, the whole fight basically continues with this same rhythm:
-Move the pet who gets Radiating Heat into the first slot
-Two turns later, Quick Attack against Nova's Channeling
-Two turns later, block Freya's Channeling
-Two turns later, move the pet who gets Radiating Heat into the first slot...
(etc., etc.)

When one of the sisters gets down to low health, they will receive Phoenix Flame (Nova) or Ice Block (Freya) buffs:

Both of these buffs will restore the sisters' HP. Nova's reflects damage back onto your pets, so be careful with your attacks, and will end after 4 turns. Freya's on the other hand, will absorb the damage you deal and can continue healing Freya indefinitely if you do not deal enough damage to break the buff. So basically, no matter which one of them has these buffs active, you should be attacking Freya.

Once you've gotten both of them to low HP, alternate your attacks between them (continuing to pay attention to Radiating Heat and Channeling in the meantime) until they have both been defeated.

If you simply want to win this fight, follow the instructions above. If you want to know why following each of those steps is so important, I'll try to write up a more detailed description of that at some point. For now, the tl;dr of it is that Freya can remove the debuffs Nova puts on your team and vice versa, but ONLY IF you have the right pet in the right place at the right time. Missing a step in the pattern can result in your team taking catastrophic damage and missing out on important buffs/debuffs that you need for the fight to go smoothly. Recovery from a mistake might be possible, but it can be difficult to achieve, and you might lose a pet while trying. So really your best course of action is to just not miss any steps.
