I saw the other 'The Lab' RP, and it seemed very cool! Unfortunately, the people who were operating the RP Thread had to close it. But I liked the Plot a lot. So I'm Re-Creating it!

How did you get here? Why would you fall asleep on what feels like a table? Why... Why can’t you move? You try to tug your arms free from the restraints and notice you can’t move your legs either. You bite the inside of your cheek, hard, since you can’t pinch yourself, but this is no dream. Suddenly there are bright lights and dark figures. You can’t make out faces, just shapes, and you can barely keep your eyes open with the blinding light shining right at you. You feel a pinprick in your arm and the world goes fuzzy, and then completely black. You wake up once more in the dark and the cold, but this time you can move. You clutch your head and blink, trying to make out anything, and you see in front of you the bars of the cage. Your body feels strange and you realize what happened. They changed you. Whatever you were before, you are their experiment now, and you want out. World Info: (probably to be continued) You are all teenagers and children, no younger than 6 and no older than 18, who have been kidnapped by a shady organization, one who’s name they keep confidential from you, to be test subjects in experiments. You have either been made part animal or part machine (that’s your choice, try not to be absurd with your traits). The transition is not perfect, and there have been test subjects before you killed by the changes. This time they have a better handle on things and you came out able to survive. You are kept in cages and the scientists perform various tests. You aren’t told what they are testing for or why they did this. To them you are no longer a person. RULES 1) Crow and Snowpelt are the moderators, what we say goes, we promise not to be too harsh 2) No godmodding or metagaming 2a) godmodding is controlling another player’s character in order to have a better outcome. Description of changes due to experiment: She was the first experiment subject and has gone through many changes and developments. The most current ones: This is new a bit new to her. She was metal mixed into her right arm and leg. Like a skin/metal mixture. The right leg contains electricity that will hit an attacker. And her right arm had her fingers cut off and replaced with metallic claws that collect electricity. They also made her grow horns that take electrodes from the air around her and make them stick to them...which she cannot find a use for it. Then, comes her left arm. It can bend sound waves and make them more powerful. Her voice can repeat radio signals and make a very high sound that bats cannot even hear and knock someone out. At last, comes her back. They replaced her spine with these strange heavy things that have electricity stored in them. They can be used by appearing on a tattoo like thing on her back that takes form as a small lightning bolt. Her left hand also cannot be hurt by electricity.

What are some faults and fears: Doctor Sol and the Scientists. Also, fear knives and sharp things. And of course, water. Her limbs move unexpectedly and her right side cannot feel as much since they are a mixture of metal. But the metal is not much. Also, the high pitched sound also knocks herself out as well. And her voice sounds like static. And if using her electric right leg, it will make it feel hot/cold at the same time. Her back at the lightning tattoo is the same. Also, the things in her spine are a bit heavy.

Katherine awoke to very bright lights. She tried getting up, but was held down firmly. Oh no! What was Dr. Sol planning to do to her now? This was the thirteenth time they brought her to operate on! But before she could say anything, she felt a prick at her arm and instantly became tired and went out cold.

Katherine woke up. In her cell. Very hot and dizzy, not to mention heavy. She felt a horrible throbbing at her back and could barely feel anything in her right arm and leg. Her left arm twitched. She tried getting up, but was pulled down by a weight on her back. She'd thing about her back later because she felt heavy on he head. Her left hand reached up to feel something. "Ow!" She cried as she heard a small crackle. She pulled her hand back. "What was that?" She muttered and heard something in her voice. Like static. But then she almost forgot about her right side. She looked down at her leg. It was...shiny. No. It had electricity sparking all over it?! She uttered a small gasp. Oh.... She looked at her arm. It looked the same as her leg, but without the electricity, except it had claws! She was about the reach for her back when she heard a small click and a shoot and all went black once more.

The last thing she remembered was being in her big, lush, purple room on her Velvet bed. She was writing her story for the writing contest at school she always won first place in. She heard a noise behind her, coming from her window, and suddenly a hand was at her throat. She dropped her writing supplies and tried to scream, but suddenly there was a gag in her mouth. Then she felt a needle poke her arm and she began to feel drowsy. Oh no! Not a tranquilizer!. Her eyes began to get really droopy, and she was using all her energy on fighting the drug. Then, a searing pain shot up her waist and arms, and she drowsily peered down. Sheer waist and arms were tightly secured to her sides, and her legs were tied very tightly too. After that, she was unconscious. She woke up to a bright light shining in her eyes and thought, Where am I? This isn't my room!. Then, because she felt something warm and fuzzy on her back, she slowly craned her neck to look at her back. She had wings! Pegasus wings! She gasped aloud, her heart starting to beat really fast, and screamed. She heard someone yell, "She's awake!! Give her another tranquilizer!" Then, everything went black again.

Her tight arm had turned mechanical too! What kind of a monster am I? she thought. She started to panic. None of this should be happening. She tried to get up, and the thing she was laying on shot upward an inch. She looked down, and her arms and legs were tied to the table with huge, metal clasps,, or handcuffs. Her waist was tightly secured by a rope too. She tried harder to get iPad this time, and failed again. I'll use all my strength I guess. If it's the only way to get out of here, it's worth it.. So. She used all her strength, and will a small pop, the rope around her waist broke and the clasps handcuffing her arms and legs in place shattered with a loud bang. She got up and started to get off the platform when she heard shouting. Oh no. They heard me. Someone help!!! Then she saw someone coming through the doorway, and out of the corner of her eye, something flying at her. Then a sharp jab touched her side and she fell, unconscious, on the floor with a loud clank that shook the entire room. She tried to fight it, and failed, letting the tranquilizer take over her body and thoughts.

Description of changes due to experiment: From the experiment, they injected her with 'Wolf' DNA. In hope that she would turn into basically a werewolf. It didn't work out. She inherited the strength, speed and agility of a Wolf, but she also 'grew' (so to speak) Wolf ears and Tail.

She squirmed and wriggled and tried to squeeze her way out of these ties, but to no avail. Suddenly, a voice came out of the darkness. "Don't bother. You're never going to get out." She was dazed by the blinding light that flooded the room in that instant. A middle-aged man with a long lab coat and glasses casualy walked over to her and leaned over the table to inspect her. Instinctively she growled, but she didn't know why...that wasn't a thing she usually did, or anyone for that matter. His eyes lit up. "Excellent." He almost hissed. She growled louder and she felt her ears twitched as he moved...wait, ears Twitched? Who's ears twitch. "LET ME OUT!" She growled even louder. He smiled and laughed cruelly. "Of course." He flicked the strap buckled off one by one. Ana pounced off the table she realized she was on, and crouched low on the ground ready to lunge at him, tail swishing slowly. HOLD ON?! TAIL? She snapped up and looked over her shoulder and down her back. "I have a tail." She breathed. He laughed again cruelly as her vision went black at the sound of a Tranquiliizer Gun being fired.

However, the bird they used had been very damaged due to the many experiments conducted on it. Because of that, her wings are also fairly damaged. They are functional, but only for short periods of time.

Description of Personality: She is very serious and has a strong personality. She doesn't like people messing around and once she has her eyes set on something, she doesn't stop until she gets there. She loses her temper when people give her crap but she shows a mothering side to those much younger than her.

She grumbled, then pushed herself off of the table that she lay on. She felt incredibly tired, but continued anyway. Glancing around, she noticed she was in a white walled room. There was a single door and a large mirror on one wall, but otherwise it was blank. She got up to try the door but stopped short after seeing her reflection. Behind her was a pair of tattered black wings, slightly moving in time with her breathing. What on earth... she wondered, before collapsing.

Description of changes due to experiment: You can't actually see it, but Milo had incredibly sensitive sounds receivers implanted in his ears and can hear almost anything happening within a 300m radius of him. The downside is that they made it too strong, and often it can be quite overwhelming to be hearing everything going on. For that reason, Milo often wears headphones to keep the noise blocked out.

Description of Personality: He's very quiet and shy, and he usually steers clear of people in general. He usually only talks when he is being talked to and does not like discussing personal matters. He really likes music, but it's kind of ruined for him now. He also usually just tunes out of conversations.
What is your character good at: Milo is good at sneaking around and hiding in places. He is quite agile too.
What are some faults and fears: He doesn't do well in the cold weather because his ears play up then. He is scared of cockroaches but not of spiders.

He sprung up, wondering why there was someone in his room. He listened in on the voices, and could distinctively hear what they were saying, before realising that this in fact wasn't his room. He sprung up and tried to make himself as small as possible. This was bad, this was very, very bad. He closed his eyes tightly and tried to wake himself up, but he wasn't dreaming. "Listen kid, we are trying to talk to you," one of the voices he had heard before said. He looked around. There was no one else in the room. Where was the voice coming from? "Just a dream, just a dream," he said to himself. He heard doors opening and closing, the pouring of a glass of water and faint screaming. What's happening to me? "This isn't a dream, boy. But we're glad to know you can hear us." With that the voice stopped, but he continued to hear the various sounds of people around him, hushed conversations that seemed as though they were being spoken in that very room. He shoved his fingers into his ears and tried to make the noises stop.

Description of changes due to experiment: He has had a few changes made to him. His jaw has metal implants which mean he can now bite down on things with incredible force. His teeth have been reinforced to handle this, but still look normal. He has had metal claws inserted into his fingers that come out when he's really angry. His knees have also had implant in them to make him able to jump very high and he has a mechanical tail that can make him balance and stay on things more easily. So he's pretty much a mechanical animal. There is a machine in his heart that is linked to the necklace he is wearing, so the necklace expands and contracts with the beating of his heart. All the metal in him though makes him slow.

Description of Personality: He looks very cute and is good at being innocent. He is actually quite a snob and looks down on everyone due to the way he was brought up. He acts brave and brutish all of the time, and doesn't let many people see how afraid he is of some things. He is sometimes really sweet but usually only in a desperate situation, otherwise he puts up his snob-ish front to everyone.
What is your character good at: He is good at picking out others faults and strengths (although he voices the former far more often). He is good with handling heights and he also is rather clever
What are some faults and fears: He is actually afraid of being alone, even though he pushes people away. He is not fast due to his experiment changes and doesn't work in a group well.

Every one of his limbs felt heavy, as though they were being weighed down with lead. He just wanted to go back to sleep, but the cold metal that he was lying on wouldn't let him. Wait... metal? He was used to the finest mattresses, not metal. Just where was he anyway? He sat up, rubbing at his eyes to clear the sleep away. "Eww," he said aloud upon looking down at himself. "Who put a sissy necklace on me?" he asked, looking around. He almost slapped himself for not noticing earlier that he wasn't at home. He was caged in by four walls of solid metal bars. He felt anger rising inside of him, and a tiny hint of fear. Who had dared to put him in a cell... and where were any other people. He tried to calm his breathing but failed. A small pain pricked on his fingertips. He looked down and noticed claws. He stared at them for a while, wondering when the hell they got there. He lunged at the nearest bar and noticed that his strides were slower but higher than usual. He stopped again. Finally, he very slowly turned the top half of his body around to see a silver tail swaying from his back side. He willed it to move and it did. "Sweet as," he spoke, before realising that someone had done this to him without consent. His father would not be happy. "Let me out of here you psychos! When my dad hears about this I swear..." Owain's rant was stopped short by a small prick on his right shoulder. He looked up just in time to see a figure walking away from him before he crashed to the floor, tail and all.
