This is the design I submitted for a full avi package.It has not yet been approved. Edit: Now Approved! What do ya'll think?
The site artists will surely be able to make the crystals look less like giant blue blocks, lol.

I think it looks cool (remember how I asked you for it before? xD), though, a couple of things. o:
-The horns seem to come out of the center of the head (like from the forehead)...I'm not sure if I think that's structurally weird, or if I can't remembering seeing an animal structured that way, or if I'm overthinking it. xD Otherwise, if it wasn't for overthinking it, it's uber cool, I like it. Makes me think of armor-y horns.
-The crystals on the lower set of wings go up to the staff like it's a set of quad arms. xD I thought it was funny.
I do like the look of the robe outfit. O: Reminds me of anime lol. I wonder how the female variation will turn out~ (if it gets approved, hypothetically xD)
Otherwise, I think this is a cool idea. c:

Yeah the artists will have to make everything not anatomically silly looking. I just wanted to make the horns look as big as I could. :3
It's funny you mention the quad arm thing, I had actually wanted the outfit to make it look like the avatar had four arms but Krin said that probably would not be approved, so I decide to nix the idea.
