Ping. Look up! I forgot Ember!

Darn I just used up my last post for today! I'm going to bed.

Jora hoped there wasn't smoke coming out of her mouth or nose. She was breathing so hard it never could raise high enough for her to see it. She tried to think of a good excuse to leave, she thought it might be less awkward for Orion if she wasn't there, she just hoped he wouldn't think she was bailing out on him...... Plus she didn't feel like frying anyone to a crisp accidentally right now. I feel like I'm going to be sick, which is also an unfavorable thing to do in front of Orion. She decided for simplicity. "I'm sorry but you'll have to excuse me for a moment." She started walking down the hall toward the restrooms she saw earlier. She found them and went inside, she sighed relieved it was empty. She then let out the fireball she knew was coming, it was surprisingly small. She just sat there for a moment.

A'ine just shrugged "That's nice of you to say but so far he's beaten me in everything else we've ever done." A'ine was hoping she wasn't giving Ember a wrong impression. She decided to add "It doesn't bother me. The only reason we even got to come here is because of him being better at a lot of things then I am."

(What the heck this thing went up like four pages or something ever since I last posted. :P Sorry I didn't post sooner you guys. Blame HOMEWORK.)

Corwin nodded. "Yeah, I'm starved!" he said. "I think the other staff are going around and passing out the food." He took a seat beside Bella. He blushed. Bella gave him a smile in return. "I'm very hungry as well. I haven't noticed the time go by so fast! We've been hung up talking!" she laughed. Her laugh soon faded away. She looked at Serene. "I'm so sorry that happened." she said to her friend. "I know how it feels."

"Great!" Lily said happily. She was glad her friend had said yes. "Yeah! And so nobody is left alone. It's kinda like you're being forced to walk with a partner, but in a good way!" she said, hoping she didn't offend her new friend. She looked over at the french toast Eniko was staring at. She smiled and pushed the plate over to Eniko. "You have it." she said. "I'd rather have some grilled cheese sandwiches and some salad. My favorites!" she said as one of the staff handed a plate of two grilled cheese sandwiches and a bowl of salad. "Yum!" she said to herself.

Asher nodded with a smile. "Yeah, I'm parched!" he said. He looked over at one server who had a tray with glasses of juice ready to serve. Asher called him over. "Hi! Could we get some juice please?" he said, waving. The server came up and handed the boys two glasses of juice. Asher sipped as he heard Tadi's question. He looked around. "Yeah, I think so." he said. "A lot of them look like it."

Aryanna looked shocked as her cheeks began to look pink. "No, we're not a couple. Well, nice meeting you, even if Izzy and I DID freak you out, sorry again, but you should probably go check on Jora and I should check on Izzy." But wait, Jora went into a girls bathroom, Orion can't go in there! "Oooor" she begins to thoughtfully say, getting even more embarassed, "you can check on Izzy and I can check on Jora. She went into a girls bathroom, so you can't go in." She cringes and hopes it didn't sound rude. Then she looks at Orion as his stomach lets out a perfectly timed rumble. "And Izzy was heading to the Mess Hall. I'll see if I can calm down Jora and you talk to Izzy and get brekky. We'll catch up." I hope Orion says ok! It'll give me a chance to apologize to Jora and get to know her a little better. Same for Izzy and Orion.



Iysytsya was walking away when he heard Orion ask that beautiful question: "Are you a couple?" Izzy turned around with an excited expression on his face to hear Ari's answer. Oh, I hope she says yes! I mean, we aren't, but I really do like her! Oh, Auntie, dear Auntie, please let her say yes! He opened his mouth to say "yes", but was cut off by Ari saying "No, we're not a couple." She said something else, too, but he didn't listen as Iysytsya walked away dejected. He heard light footsteps leaving and decided Jora had left. I wonder why? When he went around the corner he changed into his monster form and curled up to sulk and mope, hoping Aryanna would come to find him.

"She gets embarrassed easily, and she's shy. Be nice to her please. I'll go talk to Izzy. See ya," says Orion, waving at her and walking off toward the mess hall. He wove through the crowd and found a... fox? sulking around the corner. Orion grinned at the fox and nudged him gently with his foot. "Hey. Aryanna's looking for you," He left out the part that Aryanna was technically looking for Jora, but that would probably make the sulky fox sulk more.

"Jora?" Aryanna opens the bathroom door and finds Jora looking sadly into the mirror. "Sorry, but , do you...do you wanna talk?" She gulps and just keeps talking. "I'm sorry about Iysytsya, he's a little slow to catch on, but he's actually really sweet. He's just, a bit....hyper. He's just about the most bubbly and optimistic person you'll ever meet, but he's skilled with his katana too and not ditzy, like people expect. The only thing I can say to vouch for myself is that I'm new and nervous. I've had contact with very few people and monsters my whole life, and every relationship I've had so far has ended horribly except Izzy and I. I don't want to have a bad impression on people, but I don't really want friends, either. I mean," Ari begins to break down and cry, "my mom and my older sister were both killed when I was young, I left my adopted parent without a word, and I wandered the oceans of the world alone for 7 years before coming here with Izzy. I'm just really sorry for scaring you and stressing you out." Aryanna starts to wipe her tears away before a small smile breaks out on her face. Snuffling, she says "ha, look at what a hot mess I am. I come here to console you and let you talk if you needed to, and I end up crying and pouring out my heart and soul to you. Jeez, I'm sorry." She looks to Jora and says, "I promised Orion I'd catch up to him and Izzy with you, so I can't leave without you. But by the way Orion's stomach rumbled, I'd guess you haven't had any breakfast either and want to leave. Orion's worried."



Iysytsya's ears perk up and he raises his head. "Really?" he doubtfully asks with a hint of hope and excitement underlaying it. Then he puts his head back down and says,"no, if she was looking for me she would have found me. There's no way to keep her from something she's trying to find." Keeping his head down he says to his tail, but directed to Orion "I really like Aryanna, maybe even love her. She's sweet and kind and friendly and hates fighting. She's strong and beautiful too. She's really fun to play with and supports me. The only problem is, she doesn't like me as anything more than a close friend. I'm certain she sees me as a brother." Now looking at Orion as he directly addresses him he says "you're lucky. It's obvious to me you like Jora, unless I'm being an idiot again, and I'm pretty sure she likes you back. Even if you don't think you like her, you subconsciously try to be close to her and your animal instincts make sure you protect her and care for her." Izzy rises to his legs and stretches, towering above Orion. "Anyway, you and I are both hungry, let's head back to the mess hall." He transforms back into his human form and shakes his head. When his head stops shaking, he's got a huge smile on his face. "Let's pray to my aunt Ari doesn't make Jora feel even more overwhelmed. That's where Ari is, right? Comforting Jora?" Then, without another word, he starts to sprint to the mess hall while his stomach lets out a rumble that matches even Orion's.

Jora looked over as Aryanna spoke. She listened and waited for her to finish her story but right when she was about to say something, she said that Orion was worried. Jora let out a breath and said "That's a lot of things to take in..... I'm sorry your childhood was that awful, my wasn't peachy either." She finished processing the last few things Aryanna said and spoke again. "That's okay, to be honest I did almost the same thing to Orion." Jora pauses for a second, "I'm not hungry, actually I feel a little bit sick. I barely eat at all anyway. But there's no sense in making them wait so let's go." Jora started walking to the door. (Boy Nixie O.O You lied on your profile, you are good at RPGs)

Orion sprinted after him. "Wait! I could help you with, well Aryanna. And she is worried about you." He passes Izzy and skids into the mess hall. "So, do you want help? Not that you need it." He grinned. Maybe he's right about me and Jora. But do I want him to be right? And does she want him to be right? Izzy seems like a cool guy. (I can't think of what to write.)
