Mr. Duskrade stood in front of the middle of the cafeteria, his cold gaze watching as students fill into the room. They take seats near their friend talking, they were clearly not good at whispering or even inside voices. Their conversations mixed and matched together to where he couldn't understand them or hear the people in the back. His emotionless face turns into a slight frown as he clearly doesn't want to work with these brats students. In his opinion they were all just to loud and needed to know when to shut their traps, if only he could put muzzles on some of them but sadly this is against the rules. He fixes his suit a little and stands up straighter waiting for all the students to fill the cafeteria.

Von wakes up with a bad case of bed head and literally rolls out of bed to turn his alarm clock off annoyed by the loud beeping noise. With a slam of his hand he hits the snooze button and stand up before going back to bed only to be awaken by the noise again a few minutes later. Clearly mad he stomps over to the tiny device and rips the cord out of the wall. He is awake fully and finds it pointless to try and fall back asleep so he tries to tame his wild hair. Its useless his hair is really thick from living in russia but now he is in someplace warmer which feels to hot if you ask him. He leaves his giant coat in his closet as he puts on his brown pants, red shirt, and brown boots. Locking the dorm door he heads to the cafeteria where everyone is suppose to meet on the first day. Sitting in the back he notices how everyone is so loud and figures it is going to be a long year.

Ashton wakes up a minute before her alarm clock goes off and stands up shutting it off before the annoying beeping can began. Heading to her closet she picks out her favorite outfit a light blue shirt that the back of the shirt stretches and goes down to the floor like a cape. A dark blue pair of gloves that get cut off at the half part of the finger that had light blue stitches that you could see. The last thing she puts on is a pair of dark blue skinny jeans that has rips and hole all over it. She puts her hair up into a pony tail and quickly going to the cafeteria long before everyone else so she can get a seat in the back. Sitting in the back she watches as people fill into the cafeteria leaning against the corner of a wall she pushes herself a little more into the wall as if she would melt into it.

Okay, first I'd like to say I'm sorry. But I've been deliberating and I think I'm going to have to drop this rp. With the fall fest starting up, I'm just too distracted.

Also when I started before and even now I feel pressured to participate and I don't feel like this could be the kind of situation where I would be able to check at my leisure, and not mess up anyone with posting or not posting.

Again, I'm sorry for this and if anyone wants to take my characters you may absolutely do so. Just...Yeah. Apologies.

{I'm sad to see you go Entropy. I'll miss the fun factor you added to my RPGing. I was wondering if I may play as Jubal? Kitsume the reason I pinged you too is that I already have 12 (3 per class) but the three in the animal class (which is what Jubal's in) are all kind of one-ish character, plus I know I could handle it. I handle 30 in my own fan-fiction and this is at least as easy. Entropy if you want to join back later Jubal'll be waiting for you if Kitsume is alright with me having an extra. Sorry if I seem grabby but I have a good story plan for them (Jubal and Phinesa) plus I'm a helpless romantic and can't stand the thought of there being no Jubal.}

Alderic's smile widened again, although Jora thought it was impossible for it to do so. Alderic the said "Oh, not a morning person? Then I'll have to be enough morning person for both of us!" He said quickly looking behind him, then, seeing no one was there he did a tri-back-flip and then changed direction and came back, "Sorry my circus blood needed me to do that." Alderic rubbed the back of his neck and sighed, "So you're a 'abnormal unicorn', huh? Well I'm just an abnormal circus boy you'll fit right in with me!" Jora rolled her eyes at the silly boy and said to him "You are not going to be the only abnormal ones here believe me." Alderic looked at her inquisitively, "Yeah but I bet we're going to be about fifty percent of the abnormal ones in the equine class."

Ilandere look at Keegan over joyed that he offered for her to sit next to him. "Thank you, Keegan." Ilandere sat down next to him, "A griffin? That is very, oh what is that word..... cool?" Ilandere blushes and realizing how it must show with her pale skin. She decides there's no time like the present and she asks the question she was thinking when she first saw him, "Hopefully, this question is not rude either but I can't help wondering, how did yours happen?" She lifted up the hair in front of her right eye and showed him the scar that no one else has seen before.

As she turns her knee bumps his knee and she jumps a little, her leg moving back to were it was, surprised that her leg stopped so suddenly. Her blush deepens, "Yeah that's pretty awesome.... That we're in the same class that is." She inwardly groans and thinks, Is there anyway you could make yourself look more stupid, Kala? She turns her head to look away from Von as her cheeks get even more red, "So, did you have to leave anything you really like at home? People don't count." She takes the strand of hair that fell into her face and puts it back behind her ear.

Jora took a deep breath in. "Hello, Orion. I'm Jora. And I'm what most other phoenixes call a 'mutt'. I'm actually half chinese dragon myself." She was already clamming down. She looked to the boy and noticed a small friendly smile come to his lips. She smiled in return. She looked to his side and saw his sword, "That is a nice sword, may I look at it?" She said pointing to it and then blushing. "Sorry that was my mother talking. She was a blacksmith to humans until she married my father. You don't have to show it to me if you don't want to."

Jubal was about to say goodbye to Saquia but she turned and walked away before he could get anything out, he dropped his hand which he had raised slightly and turned back to listen to Phinesa as she gave her explanation. He made a soft hum in the back of his throat. "Perhaps. I know we had some basic self defense and training where I grew up, but it was never compulsory..." His recently dissipated blush soared back to life as he continued, "I ah, I was never any good at it. I'm much better at music than fighting." He rocked slightly where he sat before continuing in a quieter voice. "I'm...Sorry to hear that. I was raised by my mother and aunts with the other young fauns. I...Couldn't imagine what that would be like. But I'm glad you seem to be okay now." He looked at her again and tried to offer a more sure smile.

"To be honest I'm not very good at fighting either, Saquia didn't want me to have to. Yeah it was a REALLLLY long time ago I don't even remember them. Saquia tells me I look a lot like our mother but I don't know if she's lying." Phinesa smiled back at him I've got to get him to smile like that again he looks so cute "It must have been fun to have so many people around to teach you I've only had Saquia and a mysterious Grandmother Diann that I remember bits and pieces of. I think we should start heading to the mess hall."

Stheno and Alexander fallowed Mythos down the hall. When they reached the mess hall Stheno was shocked by how many students were there. She wondered how many were in her class, she lightly tapped Alexander's arm with her elbow "Is it just me, or are you wondering how many students you'll have in your class?" Alexander's smile grew again "Ah Stheno I don't need to wonder, I know. I have a dozen students exactly." Stheno and Alexander got behind the podium as Mythos spoke to the students. Stheno couldn't wait to meet her students personally and become friends with them. (When are classes starting? ~Bmr)

Corwin sighed. He did feel bad of being rude to Alderic and Jora. Her turned to them. "Sorry, I guess I was distracted or something, I didn't get a good sleep." he said, his voice raspy.
"Cool. A flaming pegasus. Never met anyone like that before. I'm a unicorn... Born kinda abnormally, I guess..." Corwin said. He let out a chuckle. "I'm not a morning person, no."

Keegan eyed the girl who had approached him. She looked very old fashioned to him. "I'm Keegan, nice to meet you," he replied to her, continuing down the hall and assuming she would follow. "I suppose we'll be in the same class then," he added, quietly glad that he would at least know someone before school started.

Eniko felt her face heat up having been caught staring at the girl. Not only that, but the girl had managed to read her like a book, and foiled her attempt at escaping. Eniko gave a forlorn sigh and a small sheepish smile to the girl. "Um... yes, I don't know how to get to the mess hall. Maybe... we can help each other?" she asked, hopeful to receive some assistance.

Tadi quickly got changed and almost fell out of the bathroom door. "Oops," he muttered softly, chucking his stuff on his bed. "I'm Tadi, in case you forgot like I did," he told Asher, grinning. He hesitantly picked up his bag, so not ready to go out to school. "Hmm, well I guess we should probably go," he said, glancing at the clock. He ran his hand through his hair, sticking it up slightly. "You good to leave?" he asked Asher whilst opening the door.

Alderic looked at Corwin, "I'm sorry... I really don't know what that feels like.." Jora interrupted him right there and then "Well, I do. At least being rejected. I didn't tell you yet Alderic but I'm a phoenix. Well, that's not one hundred percent true. I'm have chinese dragon as well." She moves a little closer to Corwin to make sure no one else was listening, "And because of that, along with the fact my father was a teacher at a human school and I went there. I was always being made fun of and rejected. If it wasn't because of my chinese dragon blood it was because my father was the teacher. I know exactly what it feels like to be rejected." Jora hugs herself and says, "I'm going to go get us some seats in the mess hall. Don't follow me I need to be alone for a little." She starts to leave and she hears Alderic behind her, "I said don't follow me!" And as she turns to Alderic a ball of fire flies from her hand and disappears in the air. She started running. Great going, Jora, you probably ruined your chances of making friends with them. you really need to learn full control of that.. Alderic turns back to Corwin, "I wonder what that was. Do you think we should case her?"

She got sick of just watching her sisters make friends and she went over to the nearest person who wasn't already in a conversion. As she approached the girl she accidentally looked inside her bag. She has a violin! She steps in front of her and gets her attention by saying, "Hi, I'm Kalpana but I insist on people calling me Kaya, I'm going into the animal class. I couldn't help but notice that you have a violin in you bag. I love music and I actually play the baryton. Oh you might not know what that is. It's kind of like an older violin." Great she'll think I'm weird! Kaya clears her throat "What class are you going in? Oh and I can't believe I didn't ask this before, but what is your name?"

Kala sighs, "I wiss it would have been cold enough to actually snow at home. Sure it came down and all but it never stayed on the ground." Kala looks over at Von her blush finally gone "I really miss my mothers harp. I love playing it.... however It was too big to bring." She fiddles with her long hair that lays almost in her lap. "Oh well, 'it does not to dwell upon which you have not.' As my father would say." Kala thinks for a moment. "Von do you have any siblings?"

Jora carefully picked up the sword in her lap, "This is a beautiful sword you should be proud of yourself." Her already red checks reddened even more, she smiled to him and gave him back his sword. "It must have been nice having a sister growing up. Although sometimes I wonder what it would be like if I had had a sister, I am secretly glad I didn't. I wouldn't have wanted her to go through what I did." She shivers as she remembers the torment she endured. "I'm changing the subject back to weapons if you don't mind. I do know how to use a sword but I prefer a bow in my hands. I would show you my bow but I left it in my room. I was afraid it would break." She leaned back in the chair a little starting to relax a little.

Ilandere, after seeing how much the question upset Keegan, quickly regretted asking it at all. "I am sorry that probably was a rude thing to ask." She looked away from Keegan preparing herself to tell him what had happened to her. "My was a rather long time ago, about three or four years, I had been flying for a night and a day. I was so tired. I landed in a field and went to sleep in monster form. That was a horrible mistake." Ilandere paused hugging herself as she remembered what happened next, "Some human boys found me, it was awful.... What I did to them that is." She shivered hoping Keegan wouldn't think she was a monster even by their own standers.

Jubal smiles slightly as he listens to Phinesa talk excitedly, but then his face falls slightly. "Ah...Well. I guess I'm glad that's how I was raised. But I don't know if it was fun exactly." He rolled his shoulders slightly before looking at the clock, noticing it was much closer to 8 now. He stood up slowly and stretch out. "Yes, I think we probably should. I think being late on the first day would be bad news." He seemed to hesitate for a moment before looking back at her. "Would er...Would you like to walk over there together...?"

OH MY GOSH "Yes that would be great!" Phinesa stood up as she did she noticed Jubal was about a haf-foot taller then her even without his horns. "So are you staying in the dorms or do you live close enough to walk?" She started blushing. then Phinesa tripped, she bumped into Jubal almost knocking him over, "Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry." After straightening out she realized it was worse then she thought, her horn had looped around Jubal's! She was glad Jubal couldn't see her face, she was almost as red as a radish, "Great, just great, Jubal I'm so sorry."

"Oh, well I'll be staying in the dorms from now on, last night I was sleeping in an inn just off the campus." Jubal startled and only just caught himself on the edge of a door way as Phinesa fell into him. He blushed slightly when he realized how close they were, but when he tried to pull his head back he couldn't help but give a short laugh as he realized their horns were locked. "It's uh, it's okay. This actually isn't the first time this has happened to me. Just hold still." He very carefully placed both his hands on her horn to steady it farther and then tilted his head down slightly, slowly pulling himself back until they were no longer connected. He gave her a nervous smile as he dropped his hands. "Ta-da? Guess we're lucky my horns aren't quite as curly as yours, or that could have been kind of a mess."

Phinesa burst out laughing, "I'm so sorry *Snort* the ta-da *Snort* was adorable! I'm kind of a cults by nature do you think you could teach me how to untangle horns?" She blushes then realizes the time "Oh my gosh! Saquia's going to kill me if I'm late I'm going to run the rest of the way sorry." She rushes off around the next corner.

She turned back to the now calm phoenix who also shook his head, saying, "Nor do I, my friend. I will explain it in my classroom." Then he looked out at the students, trying to figure out who were his students.

He let out a sigh. "Um, yeah. My "real" parents left me because I had a dagger shaped horn and my eyes were red. And they glow... When I'm angry... You'll probably see it happen sometime." he said. "My parents were probably too perfect for me..." Corwin's voice lowered. He didn't mean o tell Alderic and Jora his whole story, but letting it out made him feel better. "So they left me in an ice cave and thought I would die...." he finished. He grew mad, and his eyes started glowing red. As the glowing died down, he said, "Well yeah. Maybe we're not the only abnormal ones..."

Lily saw the girl turn red. "Oh, no need to be embarrassed. We can look together!" Lily said with enthusiasm. She looked around. "Actually, I think it's right over there." she said, pointing at a large door students were opening and closing. Lily started walking over, while the girl hung back. "Come on! It won't be that bad." she said with a hopeful smile. She did want to make some friends. Then she realized something. "Hey, sorry, but I didn't get your name. I'm Lily, a white stag."

Asher saw as Tadi fell from the bathroom. He laughed. "Yeah, I remembered." he said. Asher pulled up hi back up to his right shoulder, leaving the rest of the bag hanging down. He looked at his watch. "Yeah, we should. Don't wanna be late!" he said. He laughed at himself. "Sorry for asking, but your a Sylph, right? What do Sylphs do?" he asked. He didn't know about much humanoids.

Bella sighed as she entered the mess hall. Who knew she was such a klutz? She took a seat at an empty table near the corner. She sat down, hoping no one would come over. She didn't want anyone to because she'd probably mess up. She let down her white an pink outlined shoulder bag. They're were plenty of notebooks and pencils inside. She eyed her sketchbook, which sat in the bottom of her bag. She took it out, and also a pencil. She decided to draw. Bella looked around. "Hmm... What to draw?" she thought, tapping the end of her pencil on her chin. She looked out the nearest window. A single flower of some sort was sitting all by itself, while the others were altogether. She sketched out the flower. Maybe sitting alone wouldn't be so bad.

Lorelei felt saddened. She didn't like being lonely. She looked at her back and pulled something out. It was a book her mom and dad gave her when she was little. It was old and some pages were crinkled. She opened the book. It was about a girl finding this wonderful place to live in, but gets lost. But in the end, she finds a way to get back to her parents. It was a wonderful story. She started reading it. It brought back old memories.

Penelope looked at Josh with annoyance. "Why do you have to be so laid back? You have responsibilities you know." she said, crossing her arms. Josh looked at her. "Responsibilities?" he laughed. "That's why I'm laid back." he saw Penelope role her eyes. "Like he could ever do something responsible." she mumbled quietly to herself. Josh overheard. "Hey! I can do something responsible if I wanted." he said, looking away from her. She laughed. "You? Really?" she asked. "Then actually get a girl! Stop playing around with them! We have feeling, you know."

Azura lazed down on her chair. This was what she hated. "School. Just let me be!" she said to herself. She had waited and waited, but nothing was getting started. "Alright." she said. "Maybe I'll write a song." she said, taking out a notebook. She started writing, but she couldn't concentrate with everyone talking. She took out her phone and put on her headphones and listened to some classics.

Corwin looked at Alderic. "It's okay. It doesn't really matter anyways." he said. Corwin listened of what Jora said. She ran off, leaving Corwin and Alderic. He heard Alderic's question. "I don't think so. Maybe she does need some air." he said. "Those fireballs look.... Strong." he said again. "Best not to mess with her."

Azura looked at the girl who approached her. "Erm.... Hi, Kaya." she said, her voice low. "I'm Azura. Um... No actually, I don't know what a... Baryton, is." Azura said. She felt kinda awkward. "Um... Bird Class. I'm a Simurgh." she said again. She closed her book with her song ideas, afraid Kaya would see.

Mythos found his fellow teachers, bowing and smiling. "Welcome," he murmured. "Are you ready for a new year? It should be interesting." He looked around. "We are almost ready to start the first lecture of the morning. Do you have any questions?"

Everyone should be in the Mass Hall.
