Is there a certain way I am supposed to go about the mirror maze in Aryth's Spire? I feel like I am going in circles and making very little progress.

it is a maze- each room has a colour and a left and right mirror.
where each mirror in each room goes is fixed, and some rooms are reached via mirrors from several different rooms

eg:
Amethyst room's left mirror leads to Emerald room, and its right mirror leads to Sapphire room,
Bronze's left goes to Jade, and its right to Garnet,
Jade's left goes to Emerald, and its right to Amethyst

so you can make a map as you try to find the path to the rooms yoyu need to get to
