So the tactical advantage training grounds buff has been showing up on bosses (so far Malfarian and Eleane) even though it hasn't been activated. It also seems to not show up even though I believe it should on their minions (vicars, rikkis). Last time I activated it was yesterday and as I didn't pause it, it should have already worn off. When I checked my barracks, it also didn't show that I activated it.

I don't have any pictures, but this has shown up for me as well.
The last time I activated it was weeks ago, if not longer, as I haven't been in LG for a long time before the patriotic event.
I just thought I had missed it before, and just now noticed it. It wasn't until I saw people in RC talking about it that I realized it wasn't meant to show up on the bosses.
