I've submitted this before, but I'm totally revamping it with a new art program (Firealpaca; I like it!) It's not complete yet, but I'll be editing later with the male version, the helds, and new colors!
The name of my set is "Seed Dancer":
Outfit: Seed Dancer Attire
Head: Seed Dancer Headband (could be separate from the puffy hair)
Back: Dandelion seeds
Wings: Fluffy Wings
This set is inspired by the fluffy seeds that float around in the summer, such as dandelion, cottonwood, and milkweed seeds. They dance through the air, and so the outfit is inspired by dancewear.
Brown color variation with held! It might be hard to see, but there's a little bird made of fluff inside the flower. The flower is a dried Queen Anne's lace, which looks like a bird nest to me irl.
Male version!
This shows the hair with no headband, but I suppose it's a bit plain.
Pink version (Milkweed) with an alternate held idea.
Goldenrod color alternate.

My inspiration for these is the Japanese Summer Festival, they have some pretty cool masks that you can get creative with. c:
& Im aware that we already have a kimono, but we dont have a yukata-

Dragon boat racer! the Dragon Boat Festival is celebrated every year on the fifth day of the fifth month in the lunar calender, and sometime in June in our calender. I thought, well, it's a holiday/festival and I like it! So i made an outfit called Dragon Boat Racer! ^^, click to view larger image!
Head: Dragon Boat racer headband
Held: Dragon Boat racer oar
Outfit: Dragon Boat racer's garb/clothing
Back: Dragon Boat
Background: Dragon Boat River
planning to (but might not be able to) add a male one too! The main difference for the male one is that the outfit will have longer and looser pants and the short will have longer sleeves!
Alternate held item: Dragon Boat racer drum set
In a race, somebody will play the drum while the others will paddle the boat in the water.
Alternate alternate held item: Dragon Boat racer's flag
This is simple, but I think it looks great with the outfit and it is used in Dragon Boat races!
Here are a few images of Dragon boats with people in them.(the second one has one person in it, but the races always have a group of people in each boat)
Here are my early paper sketches for the design so you can see the male outfit idea.
I was also thinking of alt coloration names, and here's what I thought of:
Red/orange: fire
Blue: water
Light grey/light blue-grey: air/wind
Green: Nature/plant
Dark grey/grey-blue: storm
Yellow: Light
Purple/black: dark/shadow
I worked really hard on this, although it doesn't look too good, I'm still learning digital art...

Based partly off hawaiian clothes and shamans around the world, but it drifted away after a while...

my idea was a pineapple hat and a flamingo pet with a hibiscus on it's head, just thought they would be fun additions if chosen
I was thinking the held item part could look something like this:
and then the flamingo pet standing on one leg:
and then I was thinking for different colors the hibiscus could be something like this:
and then the flamingo colors could be wite, green, pink, or perhaps one where the black part pas a pastel rainbow gradient?
and then for the pineapple hat maybe there can be a lei of hibiscus around the bottom of the pineapple? or maybe up in the leaves? I just thing that the pineapple hat actually has a bit of potential to look both funny and kind of cool.
