Sorry, yes, 2014 for the Lazy Days XD got a little mixed up in the dates (which is terrible, because I own one of the original LD nephs XD). But yes, they were originally supposed to be a tamed theme, but 0 were found in the zone in 2014, and the first ones to enter the game were through prizes for various games that fest (and then a few more for theme choice winnings).

Ah, makes sense! I was thinking more along the lines of someone who has changed their name should still be credited, didn't really think about the privacy possibility. And that's a lot of work, lol

Admins do sometimes make changes to themes, but that isn't the case here. If you check the original design with the themed list, the official colors are identical to the submission. What you're seeing is color swing. Here's an example of official/intended colors with a nearly white C1, and there are pets of this theme whose C1 has swung to grey or even pinkish. I'm not sure of the exact mechanics behind color swing, though I suspect pets are given a +/- range of RGB values upon generation. Statistically it's very close to impossible that a pet will have the exact theme colors. In other words, you can't really look at a created pet to determine whether changes were made or not.

Hi Shadow ^^ the Fall 2017 Withered Leaf Luff and Lake Spirit Vorpa are both my design. Both credits are wrong for the theme list(s) that came out that year ahah. All links to my theme posts are in my profile for future reference :)
