and the female version

Inspired by the different shades of the night sky and how the stars can shine against any of them. Sorry it took me so long to post, I can only post images on my dad's work computer... T-T

Oh well! Hope you like them!

Can I be added to the ping list please?

Here's mine! I'm doing a Ryori when it's a new moon and the stars shine brightly! So the sky is entirely dark except for the pinpoints of light of the bright stars in the sky. I often am up late so I get to see this a lot and I think it's beautiful. Also the gold isn't like the metal gold but more of a 'tainted' I guess gold because stars don't have just a 'pure' color usually. The white is the tail of a comet shooting through the sky with just a small hint of red if you look closely because of the melting of the comet due to the heat.

This looks fun! Could you add me to the list?

This is inspired by Van Gogh's Starry Night. The lionfish spikes represent the tree and the seashells are stars.

"Side by side, they light the night sky. He who shines white, and she who is bright. No darkness can enter, with the light as their center."

They are based on the Galaxies that glitter the sky. The poem, I made myself.

WOW! That'll be hard to beat...

I tried.

-Edit- PING LIST, PLEASE.

I tried to make them like a star galaxy in themselves. Their dark coloration is to represent the darkness of seemingly empty space, while the lighter Nebula is to represent the fact that there is millions of stars in the galaxy that we can't see. The Essence of Storms is to represent the skies where the storms come from. I'm probably not as good at this as others, but at least i did try.
EDIT: can i be added to the ping list, please?

Please add me to the ping list!

Here's my entry:

At first, the universe is completely dark. Nothing can be seen, for nothing exists.

Then a light pierces the dark. Two small orbs appear, light yellow in color. These are the first suns. White light radiates from them, filling the nothingness, and dots of light begin to appear. These are the first stars.

It does not take long for the suns to grow in intensity. Soon, they pulse with yellow light. The stars, beside them, also grow stronger and multiply till they fill the black void with light.

The dark still exists. It will always exist. However, as long as there is dark, there will always be light.
