Curved waves gently lap the shore, tipped with white foam. The sand is soft and almost white, warm under the hot sun.
Spark jumps energetically on the sand, kicking up clouds of it onto you.

Barely any light filters through the leaves that grow on dark, brown branches. You walk along the dirt path, marvelling the pretty flowers that sprout everywhere on the ground. Astara trots beside you, small paws raising puffs of dust.
Soon, you reach a fork in the path. The right path is rocky while the left path is covered in grass.
Should you:
1. Go left
2. Go right

Snarls and snaps fill your ears, obviously made by a Vulp. The other sound, a threatening hiss, raises many questions.

Both Vulps dive down, disappearing into the deep waters.
The hut is emtpy except for some essential necessities. The bed clearly looks like it's been slept in and the fire blazing on a pile of wood shows that it was lit just this morning. Someone, or something must live here.
Should you:
1. Wait for the someone/something to return
2. Leave the hut
Stepping outside the hut I decided to wait to see if anyone returns. Maybe they could help direct me in my exploration.

I walk toward the the left path. It's best to be safe, Astara's paws are delicate and she could get hurt.

(Can we switch to custom? It would make this much simpler.)
A strang Vulparian steps out of the water, blue fur dripping and heads towards the hut, their necklace of pearls swaying.
