No, the prizes come automatically
Unless it's a round with separate prizes for different doors, then dont worry about it. Doors where you pick a pet prize will just mena you get a pm from the Admins
The final door you picked is what matters.

I played the first round and got a message saying I could move on in the next round, but when I tried to play it literally wouldn't let me play any more at all :(
I am just glad I got to move on . . . I find my luck in these games to be really bad most the time! lol

I would guess that you waited too long to choose the door for the following round once the second round began.
