I made a tweak, I added an extra to 'form b' since some people said its not easy to pick from since some f their sources came from one or neither. For those who have did theirs already, you don't have to change it if you don't want to. However for "Form B" now, you basically pick ONE of them now. Hope this makes it little more less complex.
