Plot:
The countries from today have advanced a lot since 2020. The year is now 4000, the start of a new millennia. The technology is similar to 2020's ideas of a technological utopia. We have expanded our reach among the stars, and recently started colonizing and taking materials from other planets.We have also grown more reliant on technology. The leader of France decides to start taking over the world, and commands his hackers to stealing confidential information from other countries. They threaten those countries to join their side as they start a war. People are freaking out as the media reports what is happening. Countries have already picked their sides. Those who have opposed France got their information leaked and other bad stuff. Those ones are building up their security on their information while they prepare for war.

"The more powerful and major countries could be against France while the others could be neutral or on France's side, I guess?"

Elizabeth Uisce.
She'll be 16 and half-kelpie.
She's blonde and has grey eyes.
She tends to be sweet and cheerful. She likes making others smile, especially little kids, it brightens her day. She is clingy, and tries to make sure nobody will leave her for long. You might see her talking to what appears to be nobody while she's talking to ghosts and spirits. She likes swimming, and often goes out for swim whenever she needs to blow off steam or cry without anybody noticing.

Maybe important information about being half-kelpie
-When in kelpie form, she's still half human and looks similar to a centaur. There are risks to staying in the form for a long period of time. She might start acting more violent.

Jason;17 year old jock with a very flirty attitude in his half and human forms. He loves to playfully teas you and poke a little fun,but knows when to stop. He doesn't like to see another sad or upset,so he tries to help in anyway he can. If you need something,he'll do his best to attend to your needs. He's kind-hearted and sweet,but he'll rip anyone to shreds for his friends and those he loves. No matter the risk,even if he's hurt badly,he'll still fight in a battle if needed.Half dragon boy with brown hair and green dyed tips,brown eyes with golden flecks in them and two black horns as well.Freckle scales on his face that shift color as well do his under sides to his wings,and his tail has a stinger in it.Uh,he's not like D-H-3,he can shift through three forms,she only has one.He wears a green hoodie with some red stains,and brown pants.

Okie,hm,let's see,my brother did this so...) Jason was grumbling slightly to himself as he sat on a buss filled with other drafted people as they waited to get to the military camp where they'd be staying. He wasn't wearing his usual casual wear,rather camo gear instead. He was in his human for with only his horns slightly visible and his multi-freckles glittering frustrated colors of orange and red swirls. 'Darn draft...gosh,why the heck did we have to fall to this? Now there's war in the dragon realm and human realm and both I have to fight in.' He thought to himself.

Some of the other drafted people were complaining, talking about how the government should have sent war bots instead. "If you lived in this country, you gotta serve for it, stop complaining," a girl said to them. The complainers stopped complaining, though they didn't seem to like her now. Personal technology was not allowed on the bus and during military service, so most people were either bored or scared. The bus came to a stop and the driver said, "We have reached our destination." The doors swung open.

Elizabeth was swinging her legs, hitting her seat multiple times, making the people near her annoyed. The transportation unit was moving at top speeds to the camp. "We have arrived," an automated female voice said. People started filing out the door, being automatically scanned on their identity as they went out. A faint shape drifted to her, vaguely resembling a human. She looked at it and said, "What should I do?" The figure blinked and replied, "You can...see me? Well, don't know much of what's going on, but I say go out there with your fellow soldiers, kid. Before you lose track of them," the figure said. She realized most of them have already left. "Ack!" she said and rushed over to leave as well. She almost tripped when she got out. The transportation unit whizzed away again. It would be the last time in a while she could come in contact with modern technology. The military have scrapped most technology that could be hacked in the camps.

(Something from his backstory,I'll keep his backstory out if you'd like.) As the voice said they had arrived Jason got to a stand and stretched up his arms,but they dropped to his sides again at how stiff the camo fabric was. As people where flowing out he waited for a minute or two,but he had to jump fast out the doors as he was the last one out. "Gosh." Was all he said softly,shaking himself a bit and walking forward toward the other people gathering,but he wasn't looking where he was going and was trying to work with the sleeves of his camo shirt.

Also, should it still be a military camp since I searched up 'military camp' and wiki says a military camp "...are erected when a military force travels away from a major installation or fort during training or operations, and often have the form of large campsites."
I honestly feel we should probably research more about the military and stuff before we continue-)

Elizabeth was running towards where her drill sergeant and the other recruits were, desperate not to be late and be yelled at. "No, no, no, I'm gonna be late-" Then she crashed into someone. It was a guy with weird looking freckles and brown hair. "Oh, sorry!" she said. "Well, stop dawdling over there, privates, and come over here!" the drill sergeant yelled at them. The drill sergeant looked like what you would expect a drill sergeant to look like. Big, tall, a shaven head, and cold, stern, steel eyes. "Yes, sir!" she said and frantically ran over to them.

Jason's brown and golden speckled eyes looked up at her as she bumped into him,but he jumped in shock as the drill sergeant yelled. 'Gosh,your scary aren't ya'.' He thought to himself,tho glad the sergeant wasn't as scary as his brother Shade was(part of back story),so he jogged over,slipping cleanly into position with a flirty wink to the drill sergeant.
