I missed your post, but thanks for the update.

To all others who are working on this for me, thank you. Starting from Winterfest and going through spring fest, I wasn't active that much due to something going on in my life that made it hard to concentrate. That has (sadly) been resolved, so I can now concentrate on sylestia more.

I could help with your Patriotic Ny'vene.

My method relies on regenning existing Ny'venes with the exact traits and colors needed.

Sadly, you'll have to change your trait setup, as some of those traits aren't regennable.

The only traits you can keep the same are G2 and G3. Here are the allowed traits for regen:

G1: Everything A-P
G2: Everything A-D
G3: Everything A-D

M1: Everything A-I
M2: A-F, I-K
M3: Everything A-C


I use regen for Ny'vene designs as it's faster than manually breeding traits in. You can also get the colors right from the start! Sadly, it is more limited, and can cost a lot.

Here are two examples:


Gene One: (LL) Milk Snake
Gene Two: (BB) Magma Runes
Gene Three: (AA) Cecropia Markings
Mutation One: (EE) Skeletal Armor
Mutation Two: (NJ) Skeletal Helm
Mutation Three: (CC) Demonic Essence


Gene One: (BB) Camouflage
Gene Two: (BB) Magma Runes
Gene Three: (AA) Cecropia Markings
Mutation One: (FF) Frozen Spikes
Mutation Two: (DD) Frozen Horns
Mutation Three: (NB) Essence of Wind

I buy 11 point regens max, so you may have to breed one trait to be visible.

Oh, and regenned pets have to be tested to show carries.

Thanks for the offer, but unfortunately, I am pretty picky with the mutations. I found a couple of alternative genes, but for the mutations, I don't really like any of the ones available to regens, at least not for this project Even the alternative genes I am not sure about, so would need to think on if I actually like them.

I have a couple of regen venes myself, (got them before I created the patriotic series of pets) and would love more regen pets in general, including venes.



I try to buy 11 or 12 point regen when I can, as I like being able to regen the full amount.

I would say I would be interested in buying some of the regens if you were interested in selling, but I need to really save money, and can't afford regens...

Right now, just the ones in this thread, except for maybe (don't remember if I put it up or not) a rainbow zebra qit type design.

I have had a loss in the family since I posted this thread (that was why I wasn't as active the first half of this year) and just haven't felt like playing around with the generator, so no new designs.

here it is.

I can't promise to use the designs, but if you want to buy the pet to do the dyeing yourself, I might be open to it (some of the pets, I like the genes and might not be able to get a replacement)

But, I like the challenge of having to use certain traits, instead of being able to fit the traits to a color scheme, or change a trait if I just can't get it to work.
