Near Palm Desert, near palm springs.
It's also hitting the 30s an d my room can't decide if its a freezer or a heater

Several pairs of socks, cotton near the skin, wool over that. Same for clothing, cotton or cotton flannel where it touches skin, but wool layered over that. Get heavy, solid leather, insulated WORK boots. Mens gives better service than women's and far better support. It'll take between three days and a week to break them in and after that you will wonder how you lived without them.
The trick to cold is layering, though, multiple, thin layers of the right fabrics will keep you comfortable...and are easy to peel away if you get too warm and put back on as needed.

Ive been wearing a long shirt, jeans, biots or tennis shoes, a sweater, hat, gloves, and a jacket. Works cuz it only hits 30 at night.
But still.
Snow in novmeber.

*shrug* The northern section of the intermountain west gets snow in July, sometimes, it's not that big of a deal. Honestly, the loose ostriches on the Arizona side, which sometimes get loose and run around on or near the shoulders on I-10 are more of a problem.

Krin i wont ruin the surprise for anyone that hasnt seen premium prize today but the BF wheel tickets are only on sale till the 8th of December. Does this mean it will be accessible after the sale ends for those collecting premium prizes?

Both of the Advent Calendar's Day 1 prizes (Free and Premium) will 'expire' at their appropriate times and convert into a secondary prize for those who happen to claim them later on so that they are still something of use.
