Luna bent down and kept sorting thorugh her old things. "Man....I was a mess back then....."

Fintan stood there unmoving and without reply till the lady left the room with all the guards. After a moment more of unmoving, he stepped forward and crouched by his pedestal and looked in the compartment under it. He pulled out a set of daggers, a small box of crystals and a violin.
"What the...." He said in a low voice as he pulled the dusty instrument out of the compartment. He ran his hand over the instrument to wipe the dust off. The violin was made from a sturdy wood that was stained a light tan with a darker almost burnt edge. The scroll on the top of the violin was in the shape of a dragons head. The bottom of the front and all of the back was covered in black swirls, small birds and what looked like feathers. some of the swirls were lined with small squares of Mother of Pearl. One of the strings was disconnected though and Fintan had to reconnect, relined and readjusted it.
He sat down on the floor, wiped the rest of the dust off of the violin and plucked some of the strings silently to tune it.

"You play violin?" Luna glanced ove rat him. She was busying sorting through a heap of paper-she was feelig nstorry for whoever had to deal with alll this junk.

Fintan glanced over at Luna and then back down at the violin. "When I was younger, my mother gave me the option of playing an instrument and I choose the violin," he said, plucking one of the strings again. "Though I haven't played it years." He looked back into the alcove and pulled out the bow, though all hairs were broken and most of them fell off as he lifted the bow. "Hmmm, I am going to need to replace that," he said under his breath.

Luna dug around. "Know how to rehair that thing? I have something that might work as a replacement."

"I think I might, though I am not sure," he said as he studied the ends of the bow. "Wait, you might have something?" he said with slight confusion as he turned towards Luna. He studied the pile of stuff she had around here with a raised eyebrow.
