Hey all, just want to try to keep this thread a bit more alive. Was wondering, what person do you prefer? First, third, or even *gasp* second? I personally prefer third as of now, but a lot of my writing is in first.

I prefer third, but I tend to dictate what happens to me irl in my head as if I was in a novel, so that's always in first person.
Ex.
I tripped heroically over my backpack. "Ow," I muttered, making a rude gesture in its direction.

Haha, that's too funny. I guess that'd make it easy to write an autobiography.

Third. Sometimes first. Once in a while second. But that's rare.

I guess it depends...
My Warrior Cats FF is in third view. My poems and short stories about random meetings are in first person.
second personed I use rarely.

I usually only use third, but I havent written anything in a while. I got a few ideas though, so hopefully Ill write something.
