For the quest itself, you don't need to buy traps, since it's a scripted event. You just need to explore until the event triggers.


To buy traps, you go to the market in the haven. Lesser traps cost 1k gold each.

Oh!! i just got that thing where you can capture one, named it Corey and i'll see if i can buy a trap there

I was having trouble figuring out how to capture a Sylestia creature and I thought I was doing it all wrong but then I found this form and read a few things that people wrote and reply. Now I understand how what to do. Thanks you for this form it's helped me a lot! :)

I have finished the quest already, but it still won't let me complete it. I did run into the sleeping sylesti. And I did capture it.

I completed the quest and caught the sylesties on the first try,but when I go to the plaza to so the "training" so I can have more pets in my party,it says that I need to complete the quest to be able "train". What do I do?

Have you gone back to the town to finish the quest? You should get a satchel as a reward. You'll need to open the satchel for the tutorial to register that the quest is completed.

I finished the quest but it won't let me expand my party, and the quest doesn't show up on my quests any more I am just so confused. I NEED HELP!!!!

Have you opened the satchel you received as a reward for completing the quest? You'll need to open the satchel for the tutorial to register that the quest is completed. Then, it should move on and let you expand your party.

I did open the satchel right when I got it, but maybe I need a new one.
